It is disappointing to experience such poor customer service at this location. I called to place a pizza order and was placed on hold. After waiting 15 minutes, I decided to go to the restaurant, only to find that I was still on hold when I arrived. Meanwhile, several employees were standing around without assisting customers.
When I explained that I had been left on hold, the staff showed no concern. Instead, I was asked—rather rudely by an employee named Darriana—if I wanted to place an order. This type of behavior reflects poorly on the business and leaves customers with a negative impression.
Ultimately, I believe it is the responsibility of management and supervisors to ensure that proper service standards are in place and enforced, so the business can operate as it should.

Food tastes like raw pizza make sure you tell them to cook it longer I was so disappointed today 9/3/25 never again. I rather eat blongna sandwich from jail then eat this pizza.
Ordered a pizza, called back multiples times for an update and they told me that the pizza was on its way. Waited 3 hours for this elusive pizza. They said if we want the order we’ll have to pay with a card. We did pay with a card. They said ok wait two weeks for the refund. Order canceled, calling the bank.
