Not Food Safe
Went in and ordered a slice of cheese for 7 bucks, figured I'd get a cheap greasy slice better than the gas station. Got service quickly and smoothly. Sat down to eat it and it was room temperature and rubbery. As I saw him get the slice from under the lamp that means they aren't keeping the food at a safe temperature.

Bunch of thieves and liars.. you order online or by phone and they don't deliver what you ordered and they blame it on someone else, you try and call and resolve the problem, and they call you names over the phone accuse you if trying to steal from them and hang up.... after today's order I wouldn't feed that slop to my dogs.....

I’m giving a one becuase I order on the phone at 9:29 and when I was placing my order he hanged up in my face. Also he thought I was a kid but I’m 17 and my voice is just like that. Please do better.

The food and the place is nice, but they added chicken to my byo Fettuccine Alfredo pasta. I added only fresh garlic on there. I’m vegetarian and it is really annoying to change it up. And they weren’t even apologetic.

The pizza is average, plenty of better pizza places in the city for one, also the staff is very incompetent, unprofessional and rude. I’ve eaten at Rosati’s before and that’s why I ordered from here but I will never order from this place again the staff here brings a bad name to the reputation of “ROSATIS”. They’re damaging a great name in pizza just because of their garbage service and disrespect in customer service. Bottom line don’t waste your time here at this Rosati’s location you will be disappointed.
