Rosati's Pizza Of Chicago Lincoln Park

There are a few issues that as a customer is really crappy, however there are a few that I will take responsibility for not knowing or looking things up however here’s the issue:
It 12:35 am on a Saturday we need food so we go here…why because you are the one that is open while other better places are close; so kudos to you for taking advantage of the late night market.

Order 4 single slices (cheese, pepperoni , 2 meat lover) of pizza total $34.27. First of all the total price of those 4 slices is absurd. There’s no way you can deny that. However, looking at your website after the shock, fact is each slice is 6.50 on your site. For me still cray but that’s fine as again my fault for not looking at that when before I ordered a slice of pizza. So at this point at $6.50 per slice at 4 slices it is $26.00 even with Chicago taxes let’s say 10% it’s not $34.27.
The only other explanation would be that you auto gratuity me at over 20% literally without my knowledge and that’s what the issue is and that your pizza is subpar and it’s $6.50 but I will take responsibility for that.

In reality, just be better stop taking advantage of people that are hungry after a night out of drinking just be better that’s it. I get it. You need to make money (I also love money), however let try and be kind if you wanna be a neighborhood place that people go to when they need food.

The pizza is tonight for. Always special pricing go around, inwas told at first they are very pricey. They had a special.going on three additional items 15.00 you cannot beat that with the taste. Also a bonus next day pizza cause you ordered too much. Taste just as good. Dont punish yourself and gontonother places.

Three nearly full pizzas out for purchase by the slice on a Sunday afternoon. All of them looked completely dried out and hardened. I get it, other reviewers have complained about waiting for a slice. I would much rather wait 20 minutes than try one of those fossilized relics that were at one time a pizza.

Went with a single slice of pizza, don't recommend. Ingredients weren't of good quality, and the dough seemed undercooked. Very similar to costco's quality, pass

THIRD time that they messed up the order and/or sent me the wrong order... I contacted for refund and they refused to give refund or correct the order. Will never buy from any Rosati's again. So many other pizza places in Chicago that not just do the food correctly but actually MAKE UP FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES! I was ordering $100+ orders from this place for years. Awful business, awful service, they don't care about their customers at all. I'm done.

Long wait for takeout ~ 45mins. Ordered a personal thin sliced pizza as dinner snack since I didn’t feel too hungry. Not too bad, but I prefer NY pizza better. Sorry guy/girls! Host was friendly, though.
