recently ordered a pickup from Reosatis Pizza at 23 East Adams Street, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. The pizza was decent, but everything else was ruined by how rude and aggressive the older lady at the counter was. She was completely disrespectful, speaking to me in an arrogant and condescending way. I’ve never encountered such bad customer service—her behavior was honestly crazy.
I was just there for a simple pickup, but she made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The food might be okay, but I won’t be returning due to how poorly I was treated. It's a shame, because the pizza could have been good, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The white lady that works around 6PM on Wednesday is rude and arrogant. She doesn't know how to provide service with a genuine smile to the food delivery people and all customers.

Excellent deep dish pizza for an excellent price. The lady working was really helpful, even answered the phone when we called before going there, let us use an online coupon. Service was fairly fast and really good. The seating was uncomfortable, chairs were too tall for the table. There was no water available to drink unless you want to buy bottles. No bathrooms. Excellent food though, still makes it worth five stars. It was $23 for a family of five, you can’t find that many places anymore.

So stumbled upon this place on my last evening of a 6 night stay in Chicago. Not being a huge pizza fan I hadn't tried any pizza here so I thought why not.

Got a 10 inch sausage deep dish. It was made fresh. I'd the customary 35 minute wait. I actually liked it. Maybe a bit too much cheese and / or tomato as it slid off a bit but it was tasty. Ate most of it except the crust. I'm a recovering fat bastad so I'd eat most things to be fair.

Glad I called into this place. Seemed to be a few locals in there also 👌

I Have Been Eating Rosati’s For Most Of My Life and This Is My Very First Time Trying This Location. I Have never had Rosati’s Pizza That Taste Like This. Way too much dough, undercooked, no flavor. They have nets all over the pizza and the staff isn’t the most welcoming. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ! First and last time eating here
