I asked the bartender if a specific cocktail could be made with Blanco tequila instead of the Mezcal.. he explained no, but didn't offer any other suggestion and went to wait on another customer . when he came back, he asked me if I had made a decision yet without any of his help I just decided to order a glass of wine. I had noted on my reservation that I was coming in for a friends birthday. There was no acknowledgment so when we ordered our own dessert, I asked the hostess if you did anything for birthdays and she said yes someone should've told your waiter ... Well, I believe that probably would've been her job, but she wasn't going to take any responsibility and then quickly dismissed me to welcome a new guest coming in. Someone needs to work with your staff. On another note, the food was delicious.

Our dining experience at Rose Mary was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is lively in the best way — energetic yet still comfortable — and the decor feels charming and inviting. Our server was exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, suggesting that our group of three order around four to six dishes to share. Everything flowed beautifully through the meal until we reached the meat entrées, which took noticeably longer to arrive. We did end up ordering six dishes, which was probably a bit ambitious, but the portions were generous, and our guest was happy to take home leftovers to enjoy the next day. I would highly recommend Rose Mary to anyone visiting Fulton Market. The food, service, and ambiance all come together to create a memorable dining experience that's worth every bit of the buzz.

Simply amazing! This place lives up to the hype. We enjoyed everything about our experience and will definitely be back the next time we visit Chicago. The Brussels sprouts were honestly the best I've had in my life. The spinach artichoke risotto was bright, delicious, and unexpected. I loved the slaw and the tangy sauce on the pork ribs. The house made gelato was amazing too. All of the food we ate was complex and well balanced. The service was wonderful too! It's clear that everyone cares about making it a great experience for guests. Thank you, Rose Mary!

We had a lovely dinner at Rose Mary last night and it was the most fabulous meal that we have had in some time. Amazing service, beautiful venue and the food was just so good. Amazing food. 3 of us shared 6 dishes. 5 would have been plenty. Favorites were the delicata squash (one of the best things I've eaten in a long time), the figs and the lamb pasta. Loved loved all 3. The octopus was a little disappointing, although perfectly cooked and tender the sauce was lacking flavor for us.

The food here is disgusting. There were flies and gnats all over the place and even landed in our food. It was so loud we had to yell at each other across the table and still couldn't hear. Do not come here, terrible experience
