We got the eggplant parmesan and the ravioli, and both were very yummy. Their sauce is light and fresh. The drinks were good, but I would skip the espresso martini next time. Ambiance is definitely lacking, but overall a great spot for a quick meal. We didn’t need a reservation and were able to walk in.

The food was good and came out quickly. However the rest of the service was not so good. The bartender had to come clarify my order because the server seemed to have some trouble communicating. It took longer to pay the bill than it did to get the food as the server disappeared with my card and didn’t come back for a very long time. Also the restaurant puts a random service fee on the bill.

Highly recommend checking out Rosebud Rosetta if you're ever in the area. They have great happy hour specials during the week. I tried out the manhattan, short rib slider, cheeseburger slider, crab cake, and brussels sprouts. Everything was phenomenal! Paty my bartender was also great, she was very friendly and helpful during my time there.
Will definitely come back soon!

The chicken parm here is no joke—it's huge and so good! Anthony took great care of us and made the night awesome. May have been our favorite waiter of all time! Definitely coming back next time we are in Chicago.
Excellent food and service. Could not have been better. Thank you. We will be back for another delicious meal.
We had a 10/10 experience! Rosetta was close to our hotel, and was recommended by the concierge. Our food was yummy! Apps to dessert. Anthony was our server and he took great care of us. We might go back tomorrow!

The Rosebud family of restaurants had been recommended to us during our Chicago trip. We were delighted this one was near our hotel. The outdoor patio was perfect on a beautiful evening. The wait staff was terrific and the food delicious.
Went to Rosebud before a show at the Goodman. We ordered different entrees & we all (4 of us) thoroughly enjoyed our food-absolutely delicious. Our server, Anthony, was top notch. Very attentive & pleasant-made our experience wonderful. Highly reccommend!!
Amazing, fresh seafood. The chowder and whitefish special for lunch were incredible. Really great sauce and fresh food.

We were looking forward to this dinner. The service was horrible- from getting someone to take our order to not getting our order to bringing salad and dinner at same time and by the time we finished with the salads the meal was cold and not edible. And we still never saw our waitress. Finally the very sweet man refilling our water asked if we needed to take the food to go. We asked for a manager. And that took a while to get him. He apologized- comp'd some of the meal and sent us off. Just a disappointing experience all over. We had lots of restaurants to choose from- I suggest you choose somewhere else.

Horrible service! I was shocked since this restaurant had 4.8 stars. The pasta wasn't cooked throughout. Wouldn't go back.
Excellent food and service but the restaurant is completely empty at night, and because of it, it lacks personality and ambience. No very attractive for dinner.
I will never visit a Rosebud restaurant again after the distasteful experience we had tonight. We arrived at 8:15. We were told that the kitchen requires orders by 8:50. We ordered our entire $350 meal for 5 and were rushed thru the entire experience. Serving the entrees, salads and appetizers all at the same time. At 9:05 pm we were told by the waiter that I couldn’t order a glass of wine because it was after 9:00 pm. It wasn’t the waiter’s fault but the manager who made that call.
This was an embarrassment for customer service and the manager on duty should be fired as he/she was obsessed with shutting down the restaurant versus provided attentive service to a customer spending $400. They lost me and my 4 guests as customers for life. I would get more consideration from a fast food restaurant than this supposed fine dining establishment.
