Too much bread, no real substance to the sandwich.

Ive been here probably 10 times. 50% of the time my order is wrong. Not just wrong but wrong in some weird way where I am wondering how they did that. One time I ordered a turkey with bacon and it did not have turkey. Food is usually fine nothing to write home about, but it’s better than chain sandwich stores. Just pay attention im tired of getting the wrong order.

Rosie's Sidekick is a hero (pun intended!). They have catered my dog's birthday party for the past two years, and the sandwiches were requested for the second party because they were such a hit the first time around. Not only are the sandwiches and Italian cookies delicious and well packaged and presented, the staff is kind, considerate, and extremely well organized. Five stars, 10/10, no notes!

Good food, however there are other places that are just as good and not so expensive.
Try it and decide if it’s worth the price and the drive.

First off, fix your front door. Second, why does it take nearly 30 minutes for 1 cold turkey sandwich post-lunch rush? Good grief, this place is so close to where I live and I want to support a small business but they make it so difficult.

The person working the register greeted me once when I walked in and a second time at the end of my nearly 30 minute wait, she greeted me again because she forgot she’d already done so. I also watched her mess up the only other customer’s order: minestrone soup instead of the chicken and veggie soup that was ordered. My sandwich finally came. It’s better than subway or potbelly but man, the combo of awful service, wait time and $15 just isn’t worth it.

Rosie’s Sidekick is hands-down one of the best sandwich shops around. We recently had them cater an event at work, and Fred made the whole experience seamless and fun. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender and seasoned to perfection—everyone was raving! And the cannolis? Let’s just say they caused a delicious commotion. 😄

But Rosie’s isn’t just for catering. Their regular menu is packed with crave-worthy options—from the classic Italian beef to creative combos like the Dirty Dorito and the Burrata Baby. You can taste the care in every bite, and the staff treats you like family. Whether you’re grabbing lunch or planning a party, Rosie’s Sidekick delivers flavor, warmth, and unforgettable food.

First time trying this place. I ordered the Burrata Baby, with no banana peppers and light red onion and the Classic Italian with no tomatoes. They didn’t put tomatoes on my Burrata Baby, which was a bummer and I didn’t get light red onion, I got a lot of red onion. All in all, for $14 I expected more than this. My husband liked his Italian sub but again, it was $12 with tax…

EDIT:
After reading the passage aggressive response from this business, I’m definitely not coming back here, or suggesting it to anyone. Business owners: do better. I understand the economy is something you can’t change. The complaint was about missing ingredients and staff not following specifications on my order—no tomatoes on a burrata sandwich, with a few slices of cheese, a sprinkle of lettuce and a handful of red onion for $14? That’s the complaint.

Small local little place with big time flavor! Staff is great. Food is great. Location is… difficult in rush hour but also highly worth it. Bring some napkins for your car.
