Recently I’ve had the privilege of not only meeting the owner of this establishment but also trying their meatball sandwiches, which is one of their top sellers. First bite, you can tell immediately that this was made with a lot of love and care. It legit felt like a hug from my grandmother every bite. Every part of this sandwich, from the bread to the sauce, and even the meatballs, you can tell that no shortcuts were taken. It’s clearly an artisanal sandwich. By far one of the best meatball sandwiches I’ve had. Even talking with the owner you can tell that he’s proud of his product. His food speaks for itself. Can’t wait to try what else this place has to offer. Keep it up guys!
the bread was miserable, easily the worst bread I’ve ever had my life, but the sandwich ingredients were decent. the minestrone soup felt pretty overpriced for its size and really lacked in flavor.

I never leave reviews but love this little shop. Great veggie sandwich - it’s hard to find a good veggie sub in this town and theirs is superb.
Ordered 3 sandwiches to bring out on the boat..cut em up in 4 pieces for me-the 3 of us were very happy with the sandwiches!!
The vegetarian was pleasantly surprised how good the all veggie sub was..will be ordering again!

You don’t use good quality meats and cheese. And the bread is terrible. It’s not gonnella or turano. It’s a very low quality French bread. No sides to go along with your sandwich except chips. For the prices you charge you should most definitely be putting out a much higher quality sandwich. There’s way too many good Italian delis in Chicago to eat at than this place. It’s basically a generic sandwich shop. Nothing Italian about this place at all.

Incredible sub sandwiches! Everything from the bread to the meat to the lettuce tasted so fresh and was so flavorful. Great tiny little counter shop with a few seats and friendly service. Excellent lunch spot and can’t wait to go back!

Had the Al Pacino sub from the Schaumburg location. Hands down, the best sub in the area. Also had a cannoli which was decent Location is a little tough to find, but once you’re there once, you will be fine.

Ordered off of UberEats, and the potato salad I had ordered (3oz potato salad side) was spoiled. It was literally FIZZING in my mouth, like carbonation in a soda. The actual plastic container that it came in was expanded from all of the gasses the spoiled state of it was producing. I feel a little nauseous at the moment, but thankfully nothing beyond that. My tuna sandwich was also poorly made and was falling apart. The bread was decent quality, but I’m better off sticking with Subway.

I Googled sandwich shop near me and Rosie's was first on the list. I couldn't believe how long this sub place has been in Logan and I hadn't tried it.
As soon as I walked in a young lady appeared from the back. I told her it was my first time here so please give me a minute to check out the menu.
Decided on the 8 inch turkey and cheese, with provolone and a bag of chips. I didn't know hot peppers were an option until I saw the jars on the counter. Yum! It wasn't too late to add into the sandwich.
All in, the sandwich was delicious, bread was fresh and plenty of meat and cheese included. There was spillage but you scoop it up and eat it, right?
Good value for your money, just wish the customer service was better. I didn't know they have soup, Italian ice and cannoli too!
I mentioned it was my first time here and that was a perfect opportunity for a conversation but there was none. Three employees present and I felt like I was interrupting a private moment.
I will definitely be back and try other things now that I've seen the menu.

I used Rosie’s sidekick to cater a backyard party and everyone was impressed. The veggie sandwich was a crowd favorite. The cannolis and giardiniera pasta salad were also phenomenal. Would definitely order from here again.
