They have the worst service, they are not responsible. I made a special order and told them I would pick it up the day before my event, they lost the contract sheet and never placed the order, they wanted to give it to me the same day of my event. They do not have control of their business and workers

This is a great little bakery that was recommended to me by some friends while we were staying in the area for the weekend.
The lady (not sure if she was the owner?) was very helpful in explaining what to do: Take a tray and place as many items on it as you wish, then head up to the register so the clerk can ring you up and bag everything.
We ended up piling 2 trays with baked goods and taking them home for our families since we don't live in the Chicago area. The chocolate concha and the various cookies were our favorites.
The kind lady explained to us that the items will stay good up to 1 week if we wrap them in plastic and keep them in the fridge. She was right!
Very rich!! I went for a bagel with excellent service and quality, good reception and a delicious flavor. My family loves that they have an excellent flavor that reminds me of me and Mexico, dear. Thank you for having a great experience recommended!!

Bread wasn't fresh. Pricey. Service was slow somewhat friendly. Didn't enjoy the bread . Wouldn't come back.
The bread is very delicious and their cake rolls are the best..., but the new girl seems to be in a bad mood and is not friendly ?

Delicious special bread, there at 4 or 5 in the morning it is fresh and warm. My favorite is CHEESE AND JALAPEÑO ? WITH SESAME, the salt chips are delicious. It looks like the flavor of my Guatemala. GOD bless the workers and all the costumers of the bakery... A blan Spanish. Which for me is a more favorable point.

El peor lugar para ordenar pasteles , decepción total !!!ordene un pastel para un bautizo hable con el señor del diseño que querÃa , le envié fotos le explique bien como serÃa , hablamos del relleno , hicimos el contrato, le mande el depósito me pido el 70% asi que se lo envié confiando en ellos. le llame y le envié mensaje un dÃa antes para confirmar mi orden y no me contestó el dÃa que fui a recoger el pastel cual fue mi sorpresa que no era nada como se lo habÃa pedido , le llame y le llame y jamás me contestó!!! HabÃa bloqueado mi número. Me lleve el pastel pues donde hiba a conseguir otro ese mismo dÃa. Un pastel horrible , la decoración fea !! Los colores feos!!! Ala hora de partir el pastel era de un relleno que no le habÃa pedido!! Ósea un pastel echo ala manera de ellos cuando el me dijo que si podÃa hacerlo como yo se lo habÃa pedido.. Si no quieren pasar por algo asÃ. No ordenen de este lugar!!!! Decepción total!!!!
