First and last time at this location. As a non-native speaker and first time patron, picking your toppings is stressful as-is. I accidentally pointed with my finger about an inch over the glass to one of the options. Immediately I was rudely told to keep my fingers behind the glass. Choosing the other toppings came with a lot of pressure to blurt out words as if they’d rather see you go. Understandable, but then don’t work in the hospitality/restaurant business. Food is good, but I’ll have my $16+ lunch bowl elsewhere.

Food is absolutely disgusting. Sandwich and a bowl for $42. Food is very underwhelming. Bathroom is filthy with. Toilets don’t work, no soap in bathroom.

I ordered this via uber eats. I tried eating around it because I had limited lunch time. But, the rice was clumpy and hard. And a lot of my chicken was burnt.

Shanara was working when we ate here tonight. She had such a pleasant and welcoming demeanor. She went above and beyond with service. We are visiting the city and she welcomed us and gave us tips. The food was also super delicious. Exactly what we were looking for!

I keep going back for their hot honey chicken sandwich. Their soups are delicious as well! For some reason their app and store scanning app are different, which is a bit confusing. I tend to order for pickup rather than dine in and their menu in stores is different from the app menu. Will keep going back for the fresh food!

The vegetarian food was so good here, I could eat the Falafel street pita every day.
Wish we had one of these where I live outside of Philly. It's similar to Naf Naf grill, but better.

Damn fine bowls if you’re missing vegetables and greens. You can have them your way! And a calm place compared to the food court next door.

Polite, but not overtly friendly counter service - nothing to be ‘wowed’ by. Expedient service. Great selection of proteins and toppings. Their seasonings are excellent. The portion sizes are excellent. The build your bowl options are great, but the menu selections available for the combos they provide are definitely worth trying.

This is the healthier ‘fast food’ option !👍🏾

Roti is a fantastic spot for healthy, fresh Mediterranean-inspired bowls. Their crispy and spicy falafel balls are a standout—perfectly seasoned and cooked to a delightful crunch. It’s no wonder this place is one of my husband’s favorites for a nutritious meal. The customizable bowls, packed with fresh vegetables, a variety of flavorful sauces, and toppings, make it a go-to for anyone looking for a wholesome yet satisfying meal.

Service:
The staff at Roti are incredibly kind and attentive. They’re happy to recommend options based on your preferences, making the ordering process smooth and personalized. Despite the lunch rush, the service is quick, ensuring you get your food without a long wait.

Ambience:
The restaurant has a calm, clean, and no-frills vibe. It’s not overly fancy, but the simplicity adds to its charm. The space is well-maintained, and the restrooms are clean—a big plus for any dining spot.

Price: Similar to that of Chipotle with extra falafel balls.

Great food, so-so dining space. That’s a short summary of this restaurant. While Mediterranean is in the name, I don’t know how correct that is. This is not the kind of food I’ve seen around the Mediterranean.

That said, it’s good. I got a street falafel and both the pita and the falafels were great. Highly recommended.

The seating area was a bit dull though. And both ordering machines were offline.
