I’ve been going almost daily for the Mezze protein bowls. For me, the portion sizes are hit or miss—today’s bowl was especially light, and they forgot the spicy chicken. I’m now looking for another Mediterranean food option.
Raz (the evening shift leader on Thursday night) was AWESOME! The food was really good too!! But I would come back specifically because the employees seem to enjoy their job!

Nearly empty at 8pm on Sunday, so service was fast. Food was tasty. Bummer that the water system was broken so I couldn't get a cup of water and had to pay for any sort of drink... So that was a bit frustrating. The workers were overall nice, though.

Chicken was burned, tapwater dispenser, not working, and still offering no knives. I feel very bad for parents who want to cut their child’s food while dining there and also people with disabilities/Feeding issues who need food and smaller pieces. This is a lawsuit, waiting to happen.
First time having this! We were greeted immediately upon entering the establishment. The entire team was very welcoming and kind. The area overall was very clean. I ordered the Za’atar chicken bowl and added chickpeas. I’m impressed with the flavors and quality of both the meat and veggies! Overall great experience for a fast casual restaurant!

Call in an order to go for four people. Got home and realized the labels on several of the trays were wrong so then had to do a mix and match to figure out if we actually got what we ordered. I'm come to find out that we actually had the food we ordered they just mislabeled the lids. Thank goodness we didn't have to walk the 25 minutes back to the restaurant from where we live. The food was good that chicken was amazing it was a tender and soft my husband's snake was great on his bowl it just seems that they put quite a lot of rice rather than the vegetables in order to make the bowl full. It would be nice if there was more vegetables in the bowl than just so much rice. I was thankful for the gluten-free naan it was rather hard and even microwaving it with a soft wet towel did not bring it back to life. The yogurt sauce on the side was best rather than putting it all over the salad. Would eat here again. is a bit spendy.

I go there to pick up an order, do you know what happened there there ,were black women employee's with face mask and wearing eye glass on her eye . I told her to pick up an order she saied no order on system with mean and rude face and she started to insult me . She see order employee's casher she doesnot want to give me order . she insult me with bad words but I just calm down leave the fast food . They have poor customers service experiences at all.

The quality has declined to inedible. We ordered food with wilted and black greens, protein that was gristly and tough. We tried picking stuff out but ended up throwing away what we ordered and leaving after a few minutes.

The food is really good, and the quality is always consistent. However, the service is terrible—the employees always treat you like they’re doing you a favor and have a terrible attitude.
