The food is really good, and the quality is always consistent. However, the service is terrible—the employees always treat you like they’re doing you a favor and have a terrible attitude.
Shout out to the 2 men at the front serving food. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names, but they were 2 african american men with short hair, 1 smaller frame and 1 larger. The smaller framed guy was so kind to us with our request, and I witnessed the other guy enact generosity to another patron waiting there for orders.
I’m sure standing there for several hours is taxing, so I can’t applaud enough these 2 guys for keeping their humanity towards customers.

Visited the location near Halstead and Clyborn. The food was good. Had ordered the Harissa Chicken. The guy who took our order was very pleasant and patient and interacting with him felt good. However the girls who came after asking if we need other toppings, man they sounded like they just got released from Auschwitz warden duty and landed in this Roti location. Fast food and other food joints should remember, people go to these places not just for food but also for experience....
