Food is delicious. I customized my own falafel pita. Several good toppings and the ability to add sauces based on preference. This was great as I like my food more spicy.

I took 3 bites before I had to throw the food away. It was disgusting. I ordered the Za'atar chicken bowl, and the chicken was so dry and stale, it tasted like it was days old. The rice did not taste fresh either. Really gross food.

How are you going to open a restaurant called "roti" and not make it halal?

I think they have good food here but holy smokes has it gotten expensive. They also don't sell the wraps anymore you have to get pita and they upcharge you for rice. 16 dollars for one sandwich at this place.

Food is always good.
However, today was the 2nd time that something was missing from my order. Last time it was the salmon and now it’s the gluten free pita. I’ll think twice before I order from this place again. Manager didn’t even give a credit or discount for a next time. Really bad customer service and experience.

Ordered a single bowl about 45 minutes ahead for pickup on day of review. When i arrived no to go orders were in the pickup spot and a long line was forming at checkout. After 20 minutes of waiting my order was ready, but I was missing the coupon code item that I redeemed. When I asked about it I was told they were all out and how could that coupon be refunded. They didn't answer me. Unsure if I'll be back after this has become a staple for coworkers.
