Maria was super nice and helpful while trying to explain the menu to me, “Diana” however was super rude and berated the both of us in front of other customers.. she should not be working in customer service if this is how she treats customers and her colleagues.. I feel so sorry for Maria

I recently ate at Roti, and honestly, it was a mixed experience. The place has a nice, modern vibe, and the setup feels cozy and welcoming. The food looks great—fresh and colorful—but it doesn’t quite deliver on taste. It felt a little dry and not as fresh as it seemed. Overall, it’s okay, but not something I’d rush back for.

I stopped by around 7 PM on a Sunday and the workers were closing up shop 2 hours earlier than the posted closing time. No signs explaining any reasons why.

Food has no taste or spice. Food is absolutely and extremely bland. Not even simple salt in any of the toppings or hummus. And the employees are least bothered with customer service. Felt like the employees didn't want to be there!

Great service, pretty good bowl and delicious falafels! They have good amount of spicy sauce and hot pepper options which works out well for me! The spicy hummus was a bit watery but other than that all ingredients were pretty good!

Restaurant cancelled order after ordering in advance. Happily took my order and money, had me wait, and then cancelled. My funds weren’t immediately returned so have to now wait for that.

Cannot recommend a location that does that to its customers.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Roti Modern Mediterranean in Chicago, and it was a fantastic experience.

Price: The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality and freshness of the ingredients. It’s a great value for the amount of food you get.
Portions: Speaking of portions, they were just right. You get a generous amount of food that leaves you feeling satisfied without being overly stuffed.
Service: The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. They were attentive and made sure everything was to our liking.
Location: The restaurant is located in a nice area, making it a convenient and pleasant spot to enjoy a meal.

Portions are only good if you order in the store, making the app and its rewards useless unfortunately. You can see the portions being made in the back are all unmistakably about half the size.
