The food was really good! I got the smothered pork chops with Mac and Yams. The food was so hot I had to wait for it to cool down! The chops were tender as heck and the sides were well seasoned. The lady as the counter had a chill vibe and was quick with her service, without rushing. Honestly coming there again.
Place is clean people are friendly and they have a variety of side orders to go with the meat and it’s like they’re always prepared to serve. I really like being a Rubys when I did go and when I called in I was placing an order over the phone, even though the pandemic has come and gone, they still remain friendly.. eat at on the run
This was my very first time experiencing Ruby’s Soul Food (Fish & Chicken) & honestly, it wasn’t too bad of a time. I ordered online thru their website, which seemed to cause some confusion at the register but upon me sewing my confirmation number and receipt on my iPhone, she was able to locate the order, which I had selected to pay cash at the store during my pick up.
