Went here for my birthday (on a Wednesday), it was my first time there (a friend brought me) and I really enjoyed myself. I was given free shots and drinks just because it was my birthday. They played music that I requested. I've become a regular since then, I love the environment and the management.

I love everything about the New R Lounge. The staff are the best, the drinks are reasonable and nice, Tuesdays OPEN MIC is like going to a concert, the décor makes you feel like you're in a club downtown and the music is always great. If you haven't visited this place yet, you are missing a treat.
