This morning I went on a donut tour of Chicago, trying many of the most well regarded donut shops on the northside. Rudy's cake donut and Cinnamon roll were easily the winners. Excellent 👌
After Dinkel's closed I was on the hunt for a new no fuss place in the area to get pastries. Rudy's is it! If you get there early enough they have a great selection and their danishes are perfect! The prices are fair, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere feels classic.
