Amazing ramen, amazing drinks, ramen was the perfect balance of rich but not too heavy and the vegetables had a smoky element which was delicious! Service was amazing as well and bathrooms were clean.

Spicy tonkotsu Ramen was flame. Could tell the pork was made from a well-loved pig with a good life. Big compliments to Rudy, we're gonna put sumn on the grill for big Rudy 💯

One of the better ramen places in Chicago area.
I had the spicy Tonkotsu and thin noodles were perfectly al dente, came piping hot, and char siu pieces were tender (albeit too fatty for my preference). Also liked the side option of vinegar to balance out the rich broth.
Overall a pretty good ramen but nothing mind blowing or particularly memorable. Will be back to try out other variations if I am in the area.

Rudy the owner is so cool and Matthew our server was awesome!!! The food was AMAZING!! Strongly recommend the sweet pork bun, flavor blast. I had the spicy miso soup and it was super delicious and flavorful!!! 10/10

Such an awesome experience. We are new and town and wanted Ramen and ended up at Rudy’s. Not only was the food amazing, the cocktail program was topnotch, and the service was as well. Rudy and the beverage manager were both so kind and went out of their way to chat with us and make sure our experience was perfect.
Some of the best ramen I’ve ever had. The broth is rich and complex, not too salty not too spicy. It’s the perfect mix of everything. I got the thin noodles but I wish I had gotten the wavy noodles, just my preference.
But I can’t wait to go back and try more. Everything here is a 10/10.

We dropped in without a reservation on a Saturday evening, and we were seated very quickly. Our server was Michael, he was quick, friendly, and efficient. I’ve been wanting to try this place for some time. We hadn’t found a favorite ramen spot since we moved here but maybe we did tonight.
We started with the Brussels sprouts, they were perfect. I had the vegetarian ramen and added the spice option on the side as well as bamboo shoots. The broth was very rich and for a moment I wondered if it was not the vegetarian broth. There was also an egg in the vegetarian ramen, and i hope it was vegetarian, but usually the ajitama egg is not. Outside of that, it was delicious, very flavorful. My partner had the spicy miso and also really enjoyed it.
The place looked and felt very clean which I enjoyed. We will definitely be back. I may ask for the vegetarian ramen without the egg next time, but definitely 5/ 5 stars.
I was one of five women visiting Chicago from New Zealand - we came across Rudy’s before attending a show in the area. Food & service were impeccable. The Violet Petal Margaritas made by Dylan were delicious - we had to go back for a second. Matthew, our waiter couldn’t do enough for us and even Rudy, the owner came to our table to check we were happy with everything. Highly recommend this place!
