I came back to this place after a few months - it was always good - but now it's AMAZING. The ingredients are so fresh, the flavor is even better, etc. Not sure if it was a kitchen staff change or new supplier or what but whatever changed, it's made a huge difference. Best meal I've had in a long time.

My favorite Middle Eastern place in Chicago. Mo and Rashid are great hosts/owners. They are friendly and attentive guys. And the food is really, really good! Best falafel in the city.

The foods good but I ordered from work and called to see why my delivery was running late. Turns out they use door dash. They need to find a better delivery service. The dasher got my food to me 40 mins late. The hot food was cold and stale. The food is good but I recommend picking up yourself.

Quick delivery but they forgot an item which was my dinner. Blamed grubhub and said it was in a second bag which was odd since it was just a gyro sandwich and the bag wasn’t full. I got a refund but had to eat everyone else’s leftovers. The other meals were not great. Portions were small and chicken was dry. Suffron Cafe is so much better but they’re closed on Tuesdays.

Rumi is my go-to spot! The food never disappoints and the staff are the friendliest! I always recommend this place for people who are new to the city or simply looking for a new restaurant to try!

Do not waste your time or money going to Cava or Sweetgreen. This is the spot you want to go to! The food is so flavorful, staff are friendly, plenty of seating, very sweet vibe. We keep coming back :)

I got delivery from here, interesting take on middle eastern food. I go the falafel wrap, with hummus, it did not come with many veggies on it, the falafel itself was quite dry and the hummus was not very flavorful.

My partner got a falafel plate. He liked the meal. He also got a salad, which he reports was good.

I also got some French fries with tahini and extra garlic sauce.

I cant even describe to you how amazing this food is. I got chicken poutine, and the flavors were so rich and multi dementional. I know thats an off way to describe it, but it was like layers of flavor. Easily Chicago's best resteraunt! I believe it was the owner I spoke with - he was very friendly and kind. I will stop here every time I visit chicago.

Owner is amazing and very nice. My order didn’t deliver the first day and he promptly reimbursed me. I came by the next day, ordered my food and he kept me company. When I got back to my house, I found out he gave me free baklava!!! Chicken shawarma is a must, definitely go if you’re around.
