This place is right down the street from our condo and I love getting a quick meal here if I'm working late. The kofta kabob pita is deliciously stuffed with lamb, chopped cucumbers, parsley, cabbage, and lots of crunch and flavor. For $10 you can have a hearty meal. I forgot to take a picture this time but will add it next time!

I had an average experience here. Stopped by for a nice lunch and left satisfied. I got to try the chicken wrap and the falafel plate. The chicken wrap was pretty good with a healthy portion of meat. It was flavorful and juicy. The falafel plate was a let down. The falafel itself was not dry, but everything lacked seasoning. The portions of the sides were also very tiny. I think for the prices I was expecting more. I will say the ingredients taste really fresh and the staff seemed friendly. There is plenty of places to sit and the establishment looks clean.

This is great place for quick and fresh food. You can order from a screen and their was plenty of seating. Great portions.

Staff were very rude. I didn’t realize the tea was an up charge because it’s not a choice on their touch screen menu. I grabbed the tea and sat down. Staff member came out with my food and rudely told me I owed them an additional two dollars. I didn’t have a problem paying extra because I know I was in the wrong, but he could have asked nicely. Won’t be going back.

Usually I love this place but I had a pickup order today and didn't look inside my bag to check everything before I left (usually don't find this necessary). When I got back to my office, I noticed they forgot my falafel I paid for but I had to quickly eat and head into a meeting so alas, I just paid for no falafel. Bit of a bummer. Wish they would've double checked the bag had all parts of the order before handing it to me.

I love this place, but I had only ever gone in person until tonight. I ordered delivery and got the all-in platter, and what I received was so comically small compared to the portion you’d get in-person. This cost $21.50 and should have costed half that at most. Very insulting, especially when the the delivery cost is already higher than in-person, so no need to cut corners.(I thought I took a photo of the item before eating, but you can see that the meat area of the platter is as wide and deep as three of the small garlic sauce condiment container.)

Some of the dishes were good, others not so much. The falafel and hummus were a bit bland, but the baba ganoush and grape leaves were

Falafel is extra crunchy outside and super fluffy inside and waaaay more flavorful than any falafel I can remember with a lovely cumin spice.

Maybe it’s because I ordered for delivery, usually never goes accordingly these days, but the food was mid. I ordered last night and I had hopes that this place would do me right, but my gut was telling me it might not be worth the risk. Last time I ever question my gut instincts with food - I usually don’t. And that’s after many bad experiences over the years throughout the U.S. . The falafels were super mid, borderline bad. I got the mix plate and the kefta was not it, kind of undercooked, I honestly think it made me nauseous throughout today. The chicken was probably the best, but even that could’ve used more seasoning. And don’t get me started on the hummus. Somehow it was dry AND bland, literally tasted like nothing and I know it’s not because of COVID. Certainly not the worst Arab/middle eastern place I’ve eaten from, but far from the best. Like opposite side of Chicago far, if Waukegan is where the worst is at, lol. Kind of disappointed overall but at least I know not to try my chances here again. Whether you want to try it or not is up to you, we all have agency (or something), but if your gut is telling you to go with another middle eastern restaurant, you’re probably better off trusting your instincts and your stomach.
