We celebrated my wifes birthday and we're glad we did. Sushi by Bou is hidden inside of the Emily Hotel and everything was on point. The vibes, service, food and price was 10/10. The team here is truly the best. My friends and I were welcomed with the best energy, music, and drinks when we arrived. We loved learning about each course chef prepared and trying new things. We're always taken care of when we visit and will definitely be back again soon!

I’ve been looking for a really good sushi spot in Downtown Chicago, and Ryo Sushi checked every box. I’ve tried a few places in the area, but this one has been the best so far. The sushi was incredibly fresh, well made, and full of flavor. Friendly, attentive staff and great vibes. Highly recommended 💯
