Visited here for an after work experience with co workers and everything about it was amazing. Chantell was great with serving drinks; courteous and did everything with a smile. Very etiquette and professional!

I had the pleasure of ordering takeout from S2 Express Grill Roseland, and everything from start to finish was perfect. The customer service was outstanding Leah B was so kind, attentive, and made sure everything was handled with care. It’s rare to find someone so professional and friendly these days!
I ordered the Steak Dinner, Lamb Chops Dinner, and Salmon Dinner all cooked exactly how we requested. The sides like asparagus, baked mac & cheese, broccoli, and mashed potatoes were fresh and full of flavor. Every bite was delicious and satisfying.
Highly recommend this spot for quality food and top-notch service. Thank you again, Leah you made the experience even better!

The place was under remodel when I went there. But it did not stop the many customers coming in to buy good food. Very good place to eat!
Not yall serving nursing home meat, that's not real pot roast and my food smelled spoiled they said it's nothing they can do about it. Never again!!

The Jerk Alfredo Pasta Is Not Good At All (Cat Fish Good Though). As a fellow cook they need to change the way its made. If help is needed with making a better pasta ask tiktok. You’ll find some great recipes that will push you guys in a better pasta direction.

I order from here about once per week. Food is always awesome. Had one bad incident with my food being made wrong and bad service, but the GM took care of me immediately.
Update: over time I have to say I'm not impressed with the way the service and order accuracy has declined. I've had multiple items absent within my frequency to this location. The food is not always consistent in flavor, but when there's not much to choose from in the area without fried food I try to patronize. Also, frequently when I order I add a jerk sauce to each order because I love to add my own spice as I please. They always forget to add it and when asked before leaving is it in the bag to confirm they always say yes (usually not the case). This can be very frustrating when you have a taste for something and you had to pay extra for it. This time they forgot once again, so me being hungry and wanting to get the manager to understand my frustration I probably over explained the situation. The Regional/ restaurant manager first states its in here as a jerk upgrade so is it in the tacos? I'm thinking I really it after the lamb chops so that would still be wrong so I that the meat. No upgrade. Then she states that she will have 1 sauce waiting on me after I ask how can she correct this mistake. Now I ask her is that all she can accommodate for this being a situation that happens too often for comfort. She says you said all you wanted was your jerk sauce. This location needs to have a serious training on customer complaints because that was very snooty seeing as though I am a neighborhood loyal customer. Just because you haven't been there overseeing manager prior to your management there does not mean you're not responsible for keeping your loyal customers. Her snooty remarks along with other bad service has really lost me as a customer.

My fish was fried so hard it was cutting the inside of my mouth. I like my fish well but with catfish, the outer crispy should not overtake the filet. I have ordered their buy 1 get 1 deal online before it was good. But this time was a fail. Also French fries seemed old and cooked in old grease.

Cashay has a great personality and she was very nice in the front. I never met a nice person like her until I met her. The restaurant is very clean and her personality is perfect. Her customer service skills is a 100. And what makes me want to come back because her service. Her service is a great gratitude. She told everything correctly and explain everything correctly. This is a good place to eat at and I love this location as well. I really will come back to the location enjoy the great variety of delicious food that you serve here. But her service and everything was great and I really enjoy. She has a heart and she value her customers as well. Well thank you for this location with great attitude and great personality. And a fool always tastes good and delicious in my eye. Price okay but affordable to me. Good food and great taste.
