The half moon rice paper holder is cool but does require some maneuvering.

Veggies were fresh but where is the basil 🌿?

The bun vermicelli unfortunately lack flavor especially the sauce is not quite on par even after we added some lime 🍋‍🟩 on our own.

And CHANGE the sauce for the betel leave please.

I ordered the beef pho (p.03) and it was one of the most flavorful and delicious pho I’ve ever had. The broth is rich in flavor and has a lot of meat. The beef short rib rice plate is so delicious too. Beef is flavorful and juicy.

The service is great and the establishment is exceptionally clean.

My family recently had the pleasure of dining at Saigon Phở, a Vietnamese restaurant. What made our dinner extra special was the welcoming and warm atmosphere of the owners' Wendy and John. They even have personal recommendations from the menu. The menu features a wonderful variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes, bursting with fresh and vibrant flavors.
