I ordered the beef pho (p.03) and it was one of the most flavorful and delicious pho I’ve ever had. The broth is rich in flavor and has a lot of meat. The beef short rib rice plate is so delicious too. Beef is flavorful and juicy.

The service is great and the establishment is exceptionally clean.

My family recently had the pleasure of dining at Saigon Phở, a Vietnamese restaurant. What made our dinner extra special was the welcoming and warm atmosphere of the owners' Wendy and John. They even have personal recommendations from the menu. The menu features a wonderful variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes, bursting with fresh and vibrant flavors. 1 portion is a lot. I couldn't eat it so I had to take it home 😂 In Vietnam, beef eats less than lolot leaves and here meat is more than leaves so I'm not used to it kkk 😂 the vegetables are full and fresh, and the seasoning sauce is so-so. In Vietnam, braised beef is often eaten with salt, pepper, and lemon. If anyone needs it, please ask.
Open until 10pm so you can still have time to eat when you go out in Chicago, many places close at 9am too early...
