This place is great! The private rooms are awesome and priced good. They have almost every song as an option. The food is good! The chicken nuggets and fries taste like a much more high end version of McDonald’s but in a very good way. The other food is great too. Microphones are at a good volume. Bathrooms are easily accessible.

I’m currently here and it’s a waste of time. When there’s an issue with their equipment they do not accommodate you. The YouTube isn’t working and instead of giving us a discount they lied and said they told us we have 30 minutes to see if we would stay or not. We were not informed of this. When i brought it to their attention they acted like they didn’t care. I’ll never come back here. I will be posting about this on TikTok.
Vibes were so immaculate to celebrate a birthday

Very nice place … we (my family) had an amazing time … they could improve the speaker system in the karaoke room … and really work on the customer service (very cut and dry) but we enjoyed and would go again

Too many problems. The karaoke in the room didn’t work. I was over charged for my room when I originally got the medium room (booked and reserved with payment) they charged me for a small room then said we didn’t know you wanted a medium room then still gave me a small room. Keep my credit card which I was okay with until I left but charged all orders on my card with out even asking so it mess up my bank. Just need to work on communication better.

Karaoke music selection was pretty bad, not to mention the screen keyboard didn't have a space bar. A single soju bottle will cost you $20. And despite plenty of rooms being empty, they charged us the hours we weren't even signing yet.
Other than that, bartenders were pretty friendly and the overall atmosphere was pretty good.
Still don't think I'd come back.
Its a good karaoke lounge and a bar. They have private rooms and also you can sing in the open space

The overly cautious security personnel at the entrance were thorough in checking my identification and conducting a pat-down, insisting on confiscating my keychain tools in the name of safety, despite the unarmed nature of the gathering. However, I adamantly refused to part with my tools, and to top it off, the establishment had the audacity to impose a $35 cover charge.

Food and atmosphere are fun, also one of the cheapest Karaoke options in the city.Although they could work on improving their music collection. The options for English songs is pretty limited and missing major titles. You could use the YouTube option, but it doesn't feel the same!

Ripped me off on my birthday and were rude to my guests as well. I’ll never go back to this racist scam artist place.Employees steal from customers. Overcharged me on my credit card and lied about it.Rude to brown and people of color for NO REASON and are slow to refill water. Had to keep asking.GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR KARAOKE NEEDS
