Honestly, the food here is AMAZING! I don’t have complaints about the food, I give you 4 stars because I do wish you had more grilled veggie options.I would like to know what is up with the guy who yells at his phone outside the restaurant. At least twice a week, if not once a week when the weather is nice outside. He paces back and forth and yells loud on the phone at someone. What is up with him? Does he need help?I live across the street and I swear I’m tempted to go out there to tell him to Shut the F up. I’d mind my own business but he makes it very difficult to do so.What is wrong with him? Who is he fighting with? I work from home my coworkers can hear him when I’m in zoom meetings. What is his problem? Why must he yell at whomever he is talking to? Is he in need of all that attention? Is he that important of a business owner he must YELL?Honestly, i don’t care it’s just funny. If hope someone could tell him it’s not cool to act tough. Honestly I’d hope whoever is on the other side of the line would just hang up on him. They don’t deserve to be yelled at.

I bought some Kataifi and I voted for them because they had a lot of oil and were burned. It cost me $19 for the trash and the person who served me was rude.

I ordered a chicken shawarma plate, and got beef instead. not a big deal, but the plate had no hummus, the salad had no spices or sauce, and it wasn't even shawarma, it was just beef they cooked on the grill.horrible experience, I will not be back. this place used to be good, it's not good anymore.

It's really sad, I used to tell my friends about this place all the time. Then, over the last 2-3 months, their food quality has gotten worse. I feel really bad. I used to order a lot with them but I can no longer do it. They just keep serving subpar food. I can make this at home but I order for the convenience. I'll never go back again and I'm making sure my friends don't either. Too many good Middle Eastern restaurants in the area to waste my time and money on this one.If you do go here, don't order the jumbo samosa, it tastes like dish soap. The smaller ones are better. Also, for context, here are my issues with the food:Beef shawarma dry, kifta lamb and ground beef undercooked, hummus too water off taste (might be expired?), beef samosas (new item) is like biting into beef slushie ?. Salad is fine, pita is fine, chicken shawarma is fine sometimes a little dry. Chicken kabob is excellent, beef kabob tough every time.

Another exceptional experience getting my late night grub on thanks to Salam. This time around I ordered the spicy beef entree and mine eyes have seen the glory. Don't think I'll ever order the regular beef again as long as they keep this deliciously marinated spicy option available. Entree comes with cucumber tomato salad, tomatoes and onions, one pita, and a choice of side. I went with fries since I love the way they make theirs. May look like they were missing from my order in the photo but there were plenty under the pile of still steaming beef. Also ordered a shawarma chicken and fried cauliflower wrap that tasted amazing. It comes doused in garlic sauce and filled with pickles that go very well with the chicken and cauliflower. I knew this was going to be a lot more food than I needed but I figured being able to eat more later or the next day wouldn't be so bad and it definitely hasn't been. I ordered ahead using their app and was happy to see a number of promo codes available including one that gave me $6 off my order. Put in the order at 12:20am just as I was saying my goodbyes at the Empty Bottle and the food was ready for pickup at the quoted time of 30 mins. Sure it was a bit of drive but it was well worth it to be able to indulge in some grade A shawarma on a Tuesday night.
