Sal’s is such a neighborhood gem- I can’t believe I’ve walked past it so many times without trying it! Beautiful cozy interior with great architecture and a stunning bar. The service is top notch and they have a cool menu with some standard dishes that are always available and a few rotating dishes under each section. Bread service is awesome with a freshly grated plate of parm to accompany. We got the meatballs which came in the most delicious homemade marinara, the special of the day branzino (can not recommend highly enough), and the venison sausage pasta (interesting and creative). This feels like one of those places that you really can’t go wrong with ordering- everything is fresh and delicious. Highly recommend as a date night spot but it will be necessary to get a reservation.

We had the best dining experience at Sal’s last night!! Food, service, and outdoor dining were amazing. I love Italian food and they had the most delicious gnocchi I have eaten. Also, the fresh grated cheese they provide with the olive oil for the bread was a delectable surprise! Max the manager made sure we were well taken care of and all of the staff were attentive and accommodating!! Will definitely return and highly recommend!! Thanks so much for a delightful experience!!

Our third time to Sal’s and as the other times, the piatti principali, gnocchi & venison sausage and the evening special, shrimp polenta, were beyond delicious. And tonight’s extra special touches were our seating and service. The hostess brought us to the charming table for two at the end of the room - a lovely view of the restaurant. We were fortunate to have Sunshine M. graciously guide us through our dinner. We can’t wait to our next visit!

You need a reservation to sit inside in the AC. Once your seated, the service was slow but friendly. I had the spicy shrimp Bucatini for an entrée and the Shrimp martini for an appetizer. The shrimp in the appetizer and entrée were both cooked perfectly but we're lacking in flavor. I don't know where they are sourcing them from but they should find a new vendor for that. The actual star of the show was probably one of the most delicious pieces of cheesecake that I ever tasted. It was light and full of flavor without being too rich like most cheesecake usually is. 10 out of 10 for the cheesecake. I would go back to try some other items on the menu and get more of that cheesecake!
