Sam's use have Great tasting Food but the past few years their Food is Terrible. It just dont taste the same anymore, it's like they are using Cheap Generic ingredients and Old outdated Meat. It's just terrible

Do not eat here!!! Eat your own risk. Ordered ribs and chicken and I know they served me old left over food. Food was cold when I picked it up. Wings were cold and soggy, sauce lumpy, fries soaked in old grease and rib tips were cold, dry and inedible. I’ve been sick through the whole day with food poisoning. I’ve been vomitting with intense stomach cramps. I called to let a manager know and they tried to blame it on a third party. I never got a third party to deliver my food as I went to pick it up. They are responsible for cooking it.

DO NOT get scammed by this place like I did. Paid $15 for an Indian entree only to receive the world’s smallest bowl of soupy buttered chicken and NOTHING ELSE. $20 for a small portion of sub par food with no rice, naan, nothing is absolutely insane. If you want rice or naan that’ll run you an extra $10!! Save yourselves the hassle and go to another establishment. Sam’s was never like this before but surely after this I’ll never order from them ever again.

I called to let them know that my double cheeseburger had a hair, and he acted like he didn't believe me. I took a picture, but didn't apologize at least im out of 12.00 and out of time together something else.

Worst food!

Just tried Sam’s Chicken and Ribs for the first time and wow, those wings are crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Easily some of the best I’ve had in Chicago. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out. Real gem.

I ordered online and they didn’t honor the full order. There was a hot dog special buy one get one free and they only sent one hot dog. I was told since I ordered online there was nothing they could do. The problem is if you need to order for delivery online is your only option.

Open late, always fresh, always friendly. Happy to have this place around, you cannot beat their prices.

You can tell the food is made with care. The guys who work here clearly care about what they are doing, I mean with prices so low and such amazing portion sizes, not to mention they don't even ask for a tip online- that's the only explanation I have.

The menu is not too complicated, though diverse, and they do a great job with just about everything. No, it's not a fancy restaurant, dining in can be a bit awkward- but it's a wonderful spot to have around for takeout and has gotten me through my most financially tough times with both healthy and more indulgent food options that have all far exceeded my expectations.

I was very disappointed with the food. A friend told me they served good rib tips. They were terrible. And the French fries were re cooked.
