Didn't receive the cornbread in my takeout order which I was charged. I tried calling but could not get an answer. This establishment needs someone to answer the phone. Hopefully, their service will be better once they open in Hyde Park.
Hands-down worst BBQ place in Chicago if not the nation.
Don't look, don't ride pass, & pleeeease don't stop in here and WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The brisket dry, the ribs uncooked, and the fries was hard asf.
You'd be better spending your $50-$100 at the grocery store and make your own bbq. I'LL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL MAKE IT MY MISSION TO TURN ANYONE I KNOW AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

This was the third time I ordered online. The last two times I did pick-up at pick-up location. The app said my pick-up was 7:24, but I arrived at 7:05. I knew I was early, but wanted to be there & get the sandwiches when they were hot. Much to my surprise, my order was ready. So, I was glad I was early & could get my sandwiches home & still hot.
