The hotdogs took more than 30 min and the food was cold, the fries were greasy and guessing by the color of the fries they haven’t change the oil in a while. The salchipapas were ok.
It was only us and another table (not busy) The server Belquiz was kind, but we were only 3 adults and 1 child and they charged us 18% tip. We came Sunday around 3 pm

Worst place. Don't waste your money and time with people who like to argue. They treated us so badly and overcharged us. I will never return to this place. The owner even sent me a message saying that we are no longer welcome at the restaurant. What kind of people do that, that's not how you treat people who come to your business to consume.

Unfortunately this business continues to be a horrible neighbor in the Lincoln Square neighborhood. They continue to be a public nuisance after 2am in multiple ways by not complying to the details of the agreement that THEY agreed to. I'm not sure why the owner doesn't take this seriously. We all want flourishing small business in Lincoln Square, but groups that don't care about their neighbors are a completely different thing.

I was there by chance at a Halloween party a month ago. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the music made even the paralyzed dance. Excellent place for a party and very affordable prices. Next time I go to Chicago, I'll take my bongo to that place.

We had a disappointing experience at this place due to the owner’s lack of respect towards customers. Me and friends and family arrived 30 minutes before this placed closed and this woman apparently she is the owner came to us so rude and disrespectful toward us, she asked us to leave in a really bad manner she doesn’t know how to talk to people she didn’t demonstrate basic customer service skills, and her attitude made the visit uncomfortable.While the establishment may have other positive aspects, I can’t recommend it based on my experience with the owner’s behavior. Don’t waste your time driving for a long time to be treated like that is not worth it.

I'm new to Chicago and got lost (with a dead phone) I ended up here. The sweet owner asked me what's wrong and I guess I just broke down. She handed me water and between her and her friend they managed to calm me down. I got some food and ordered a drink while they allowed my phone to charge. They are truly some kind souls and I totally recommend coming here for good drinks and good food. Plus they have the kindest people!
