Would have been a 5 star review, but for the extremely stale hoagie roll that my sandwich was made on!! Hard to believe that the person making it didn't notice the very same thing as they were making it. Or perhaps they did, and gave it to us anyway. Ruined an otherwise great sandwich. Trying to decide if it's worth going back for another chance.

This is the best sandwich shop! You can tell the bread is fresh and the deli meats are freshly sliced. We ordered online for pickup and got a bogo deal through Uber Eats so we didn't have much interaction with the service. On the inside it's a little shop with a bar and limited seating. Luckily we live a half mile away because I will definitely be craving this. Pro tip: add banana peppers to the west sider.

Worst Reuben I've ever had in my life. If you are not able to make a proper Reuben than don't make it at all. Awful. Will never go to this place again

I am only leaving this review because I had to drive all the way home to find out you gave me the wrong sandwich. No phone number to call and correct my order after waiting 15 minutes for my sandwich to be made, another 10 minutes to drive home I'm not about to drive back and repeat that entire process lol. I really love the sandwiches but I value my time a a little bit more.Ordered an Italian as usual, I was given a create your own sandwich today. ??

They made my sandwich wrong twice. I ordered the mushroom melt and added hot peppers. Got my sandwich missing the avocado onion and tomato’s that come on it, also missing the peppers I asked for. Took it back, checked it later and was still missing tomatoes. Ridiculous.
Consistently delicious. This is my go-to sandwich spot when I'm in Chicago. The westsider is my favorite one but all I've tried so far are delicious.
