TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Ordered for delivery for lunch and it took almost 1 and 1/2 hour to get my food. When I got it, the pizza was so cold, burned, and hard! I try to give establishments a chance and unfortunately this is the 2nd time I’ve had a horrible experience. If you order from here PLEASE pick it up.

I paid $7 for cold, unsalted waffle fries. They came in a box and combined with the condiments only filled about 1/3 of it

Let me just start this by saying I LOVE SARPINOS, that was until….

I had a terrible experience with Sarpino’s after trying their Crab Rangoon pizza. Within minutes of eating it, I became violently ill and threw up. I contacted the store the next day (they were already closed when I got sick), simply asking if I could exchange it for a regular cheese pizza. The manager I spoke with was completely dismissive and unhelpful, basically telling me it was my fault for not calling sooner — even though they were closed at the time. I even had photo evidence of what happened, but they showed zero care or concern. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again.

This was the most “pizza” vegan pizza I’ve ever had! We got the Italiano delivered and they were so fast. Everything was delicious - the sauce and veggies tasted very fresh, the cheese was melty but still crispy, and dough was fluffy but crunchy.

We will definitely be going back to our new favorite pizza spot!

One of the best vegan pizzas I’ve had! We got a 16inch pan pizza with vegan pepperoni, basil, and sun-dried tomatoes. Delicious! I love that it comes with a pepper and choice of dipping sauce. I will definitely return to Sarpino’s!

Honestly this satpijos lost its touch I order a Cesar salad didn’t have any croutons had 2 tomatoes like half an onion they hooked it up with the chicken but now again I order another one and asked for croutons to be added and this time hardly any chicken barley like 5 strips no onions or tomatoes this time and they added a good amount of croutons. Just straight robbery for what they charging. I’m not sure of it’s new cooks or kitchen staff but it’s a disappointment from the years before when I would visit this store

This is the first meal I have here in Chicago—I’m visiting from Atlanta. This is some of the best food I’ve had! The Mac n cheese bites are perfectly cheesy and not overpowering. The pizza is very refreshing and cooked just right. For sauces I got the bleu cheese and Chiptole ranch; both sauces are equally amazing, creamy, and compliment the food well! The portions are also perfect for just myself.
