Only ordered because everything is closed at 1am on a Wednesday. Showed up 30 minutes late. Cold pizza for a tiny basic pizza thats trying to compete with shitty dominos. I got what I paid for. I hate this city

Decent pizza you can’t complain you get what you pay for yesterday I bought the New York deli specialty pizza and a medium thin crust sausage pizza it was delicious especially with the green peppers that comes inside the pizza and a cup of ranch you can’t go wrong with that good customer service also when I went in the store and the best part is Sarpino’s always has specials/deals on pizzas will keep ordering from them

Got my food and it was delicious! Took about 15 mins and was hot when I received it! Was asked if I wanted napkins and they are excellent ones!!

Review written 01/13/2026. Baked spaghetti was not as good as expected. Also the cheesy bread was very dry, it came with the baked spaghetti.

The pizza was okay, but not overly impressed.

This is our fave neighborhood pizza place. They are always so quick, we usually pickup but free delivery is nice when we need it. You’ll like it if you’re into sweet pizza sauce. Our go-to is pepperoni, pineapple, jalapeño! And the garlic butter is a great dipping sauce for the crust :)

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Ordered for delivery for lunch and it took almost 1 and 1/2 hour to get my food. When I got it, the pizza was so cold, burned, and hard! I try to give establishments a chance and unfortunately this is the 2nd time I’ve had a horrible experience. If you order from here PLEASE pick it up.

Let me just start this by saying I LOVE SARPINOS, that was until….

I had a terrible experience with Sarpino’s after trying their Crab Rangoon pizza. Within minutes of eating it, I became violently ill and threw up. I contacted the store the next day (they were already closed when I got sick), simply asking if I could exchange it for a regular cheese pizza. The manager I spoke with was completely dismissive and unhelpful, basically telling me it was my fault for not calling sooner — even though they were closed at the time. I even had photo evidence of what happened, but they showed zero care or concern. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again.
