Apparently they can't bake a simple pizza. Over cooked... just unreal. Less over cooked than the first one but still over cooked. Perhaps keep men out of the kitchen.

We had the sausage and pepperoni pizza with wings and a 2 liter. I honestly was skeptical at first to try it as I am picky about my pizza. However I will say that I was surprised at how much we loved it. Plus add the great customer service. We will most definitely be returning customers.

I was ordering a pasta for a delivery and asked the; come to find out the owner, for a recommendation. He told me told me to hurry up and to not call to place orders. Then what I can only imagine to be intentional the delivery to 3x longer then it ever had it the past. My food be was cold.

This is my family new favorite pizza go to!I hate to write this under my good review but yesterday evening I was disappointed in my pizza . I have never disliked the pizza but it was dry very well done, no extra cheese. It just wasn’t the same as usual at all .

Sarpinos may not be the #1 best pizza in the universe, but it's super consistent, the people that work there are extremely nice, the service is quick, and you get exactly what youd expect every time. No surprises, no cold pizza, no burnt pizza, and they're open late. 10/10 from me!
I use their delivery all the time. The food is tasty, consistent, not expensive and the delivery time is usually earlier than the original ETA they provide. What more would you want in January and February in Chicago.
