Sarpino's Pizzeria South Loop

I ordered a Thin Vegan Italiano pizza through Uber eats and it was a little bit late (est delivery 9:10-9:30-arrived about 9:40) so it wasn’t too bad. It’s raining and place was probably busy. Anyway, once I tried the pizza oof! Delicious. It came with 2 sauces and pepper. It’s filling too (i got the 8” and it was a bit expensive) but worth the price. I appreciate when I can find a good vegan pizza near me so I give it 4 stars because it was a little tiny bit late and still a bit pricey but overall delicious.

Tried Sarpino's for the first time because I won a gift card (thanks Chicago Magazine!). The pizza is super affordable, and I loved that there are gluten-free and dairy-free options. Hard to come by at a non-bougie spot. It'd be great if we could order GF and DF on the same pizza online. Currently you can only order as two separate pizzas. The wings are excellent. Delivery is free and fast.

If I could leave negative stars on this garbage place, I would.

WORST PLACE EVER! LITERALLY ORDERED A LARGER PIZZA AND GOT A SMALL W COLD MOZZARELLA STICKS, AND WHEN I WAS TOLD I CAN ORDER WOTH CREDITS, THEY STILL MADE THE PIZZA WRONG. I PAID 40$ FOR MY ORDER

I only go in the morning when the young lady is there because the guys there don’t make the food correctly and they are hostile and lazy !!!!

This store is refusing my order. They are 0.9 miles away and have cancelled my order telling me to CALL not order online with another store that is farther away because it is "too far and cold" to deliver to me.Store: 1923 S. Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60616My card has been charged. It took 15 minutes before they called to say they "did not want to deliver" here this is wildly unacceptable. Do NOT order from these scammers.

8/16 - just picked up my order and open the box to my wings and they are burnt! Why serve something like this to customers! Very disappointed and won’t order again!

Terrible service. I placed an order, was charged and never received it. I called to inquire about the order and the female person stated the order was not made. I asked her to cancel and she gave me an attitude. Very unprofessional and rude. Will never order from here again

Horrible service. The person at the counter stayed on a personal call the entire time as I stood there waiting for well over 7 minutes. I never ordered and he never acknowledged me. A delivery guy came in while I was there and after 2 minutes I left. The delivery guy was helped and came out 1 minute after I left. Horrible

We’re happy Sarpino’s South Loop is back! We ordered from them tonight and I have to say the quality is BETTER than it was before. Had a build-your-own pizza with pepperoni giardiniera and onions, thin crust. Nailed it! Also got a green salad that was fresh and crisp. Great job Sarpino’s! Welcome back to the South Loop!

First off it was 30min after delivery time and the driver was the owner he was very rude and unprofessional wanted a tip and my food was 30 minutes late my food was cold and missing ingredients called and told him he gets mad and to top it off my calzone wasn't even done I do not recommend this restaurant to NOBODY SO SO UNPROFESSIONAL and didn't give me a refund
