This morning between 1-1:30AM I ordered online an 8" pizza and a 20oz bottle of Ginger ale for delivery and also left a tip online for the delivery driver.The order took longer than they stated it would and when I got my order, the drink was missing. The delivery guy said he would go get it and bring it back. I work literally 5 blocks down the street from the restaurant. After 10-15 minutes later, I called the restaurant but no one answered the phone. The place closed a few minutes later. I'm at work until 8am. If I get my soda, I'll edit my review. If not, I'm going to the restaurant later today to get the item I paid for. Fortunately, I don't have to drive (burning gas over a $2.75 soda- Lol) to get there. Still, it's the principle. It's now after 10am and I've spoken with the manager. I explained everything and he was very understanding and accommodating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sarpino's Pizzeria in West Loop is a wonderful vegan friendly pizzeria. The delivery services are excellent; multiple delivery orders were placed throughout the months and haven't experienced any issues with tardiness, and the delivery crew is always nice and calls when they are close or have arrived. The vegan pizza and calzones are awesome, and the quality of the ingredients is excellent. The vegan garlic and cheesy bread are excellent choices. There are multiple vegan specialized pizzas to choose from as well as create your own (CYO). This pizzeria is highly recommended to vegetarian and vegan communities.
Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options are available and clearly labeled.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan and non-gluten (per request) options are available.

This was awful! The breadsticks taste like Cheez Its and the mozzarella in the mozzarella sticks wasn’t melted…they weren't even brown.?

I recently ordered a pizza and a Caesar salad from this restaurant through DoorDash. The salad was supposed to include lettuce, parmesan, croutons, and dressing, as described and shown in the menu images. However, I only received the dressing—no actual salad. After a second attempt and another failure to receive the complete order, I contacted the restaurant for clarification. The conversation was extremely disappointing; the staff was rude and blamed DoorDash for the mistake before abruptly ending the call.
Additionally, the pizza itself was very average and overly oily. Given both the food quality and the poor customer service, I do not recommend this establishment. The descriptions on the menu do not align with what is delivered, making for a frustrating dining experience.
I was a loyal customer to this restaurant for a long time but the sure amount of negligence in their delivery service is unacceptable. I will never order from here again and as a hotel worker I'll never recommend them to our guests. A sheer disgrace, save your money and find another pizza place in Chicago.

Came in for a meeting..so happy for a reap gyro..was completely disappointed - greasy...uncooked mozzarella sticks...and way too expensive! 25 dollars for dinner that cost about 5 dollars for them. Very disappointed

Great find! Just a few blocks from the OTC.A late night pizza with friends found us at this local gem .José was understanding as he went through menu options for food sensitivities. He was very helpful.The pizza crusts were a perfect blend of soft and crunchy.
Vegetarian options: They have vegan and vegetarian pizzas!
Dietary restrictions: Super helpful with all of my ingredient questions. Help me navigate the menu and decide on what to order that would be safe.
