My pizza was delivered the pizza boxes do not have safety seals and the pizza looks like dog food at the time of delivery and I was denied a refund poor customer service from the delivery person who was literally holding it side ways she was very rude.

Ordered the vegan pepperoni pizza for delivery. It took 3 hours in total for it to be delivered. The first time it was because we received a pizza with regular cheese and pepperoni. When we called we were told a new pizza would be made and delivered ASAP. We waited about two hours after the first delivery and decided to call back, only to be informed that the driver could not find the address (?) We finally received the pizza and hour later. The staff were kind enough to change our large to an extra large, but this didn’t compensate for how greasy and undercooked it was. I’ve had positive experience with a different Sarpino’s but this was not the case for this location. I certainly will not order from here again.

This morning between 1-1:30AM I ordered online an 8" pizza and a 20oz bottle of Ginger ale for delivery and also left a tip online for the delivery driver.The order took longer than they stated it would and when I got my order, the drink was missing. The delivery guy said he would go get it and bring it back. I work literally 5 blocks down the street from the restaurant. After 10-15 minutes later, I called the restaurant but no one answered the phone. The place closed a few minutes later. I'm at work until 8am. If I get my soda, I'll edit my review. If not, I'm going to the restaurant later today to get the item I paid for. Fortunately, I don't have to drive (burning gas over a $2.75 soda- Lol) to get there. Still, it's the principle. It's now after 10am and I've spoken with the manager. I explained everything and he was very understanding and accommodating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
