July visit to South Hall Food Court inside Chicago convention ctr managed by Savor.2 stars!1. The employees are the worse of the worse. Staff hollering. Everybody on their cellphones. Beyond rude. I would start with some customer service training for the employees at the South Hall Food court.2. Food is blah. Tender basket where the tenders are undercook. Customer asking what's the white stuff coming out his chicken. The woman hollers...its meat. I mean, damn...he just asked. Me and another customer asked for bbq sauce and the woman took both orders to side. Poured bbq sauce on side and gave us back the wrong order. I know specifically cuz of how my tenders look. I knew that was gonna happen!!!3. South Hall food court clean but that is it!
