Ice cream all tend to be overly sweet but if you're not a health nut this place has been neighbor favorite for many years now.

Ice cream is great, staff is not friendly at all. You would think they would be pleasant at an ice cream shop.

The ice cream is good but when we asked the women serving I'd they had any cones without peanuts for our two year old, she told us everything had peanuts in a rude tone, so just beware if you have a severe peanut allergy.

Very good Ice Cream and the outside at night is so beautiful. The staff let me and my partner sit there until they closed and even after they wrapped up to leave. I appreciate that ❤️

Expensive ice cream that tasted like its been sitting for too long. Old and messy looking interior. Needs a revamp.

Ice cream did not taste fresh. Tasted as if it had been sitting in an improperly functioning freezer. Entire decor is messy an outdated. Expensive and not worth it. Will not return.

Great portion size. Staff is great and welcoming. Had the vanilla bean and didn’t realize it was non dairy and gluten free. Great place!

Was craving some ice cream and Scoops was the nearest place to me. Very disappointed though, because I ended up leaving without it. A lot of the ice cream was either freezer burnt, melted and the refrozen, or didnt look appetizing. I even saw a gnat in one of the Italian ice tubs. I still wanted ice cream though, so I opted for a prepackaged oreo ice cream sandwich and fried Oreos. Both were underwhelming and I definitely wouldn't go back.

My favorite ice cream spot for the last ten years. Consistently delicious ice cream with that old school Bridgeport feel. However, my recent visit changed my views but it had nothing to do with the ice cream. Scoops added a hot take out grill: burgers, polish, nuggets, fries. (I didn't try it bc ice cream.) Because of this change tho, there is longer a public bathroom. I find that shocking for a place that caters to families and now does after school snacks. My son and I had to go on a bathroom safari before we could go back for our treats. Place was busy for the first day of school and they had one person working. She did a steady, solid job but a ten minute wait after a twenty minute detour made me grind my teeth. Oh, and single scoop in a fancy cone and 2 scoops in a cup cost around $15.I'll be back but it will continue to be infrequently and everyone will have to take a prophylactic pee beforehand.

Yuck! Ice cream was too soft and nasty. The prices where way to high for the quality. My son and I threw ours in the trash. Don't waste your money or your time.

We have made multiple attempts to come try this place. One time we came 35 min before closing and they decided they just felt like closing early just because and didn’t let us order. We tried again today and Google said the location is open at 12pm and we came at 2:45pm and the shop is closed and all lights are off. I don’t get why they wouldn’t just submit accurate hours on Google or stick to their advertised hours.

Jumped in 15mins before closing. The scoop was bigger to most icecream places and the taste did not disappoint. Highly recommend the place!
