I usually don't leave reviews. But do to it's closing I will. I have met the kindest people here and they have even shared with the homeless. They may have gotten my order wrong sometimes but that didn't change the kindness I received. However, they are closed and this place is now called Chicago Pickle or something like that. The hope is that this new place is just as friendly and loving to those who are in need. As for Seafood Junction, thank you for bringing seafood to uptown.

I've been to other locations and loved the food! However, it has been a while because I no longer live in the area. I am traveling 38 miles to get there and called the Chi uptown location to place my order for pick up. Whomever is answering the phone is rude and ignorant. She put my call on hold and left me hanging. I hung up and tried calling again but the raggeady woman manning the phone keeps hanging up.This behavior will surely cause them to lose money! They certainly lost mine!

Fresh fish and seafood spiced up your way. Reminiscing the NE coast shacks.

Order Cajun sea food boil. Aka donated, my hunger, my time, oh and my $50.91 cent.I drove 45 min to the restaurant.Order Cajun area food boil.Arrive. Paid. Got food. Left.Check food before you leave.Arrived home.Dinner table. Open it. Plain. I meanNO DANG SEASONING. Plain. One cup of butter. Now maybe 4 or 5 butters with no seasoned seafood.Realize I just donated 51 to them for plain seafood. I would pay more if it's good. But plain.Accidents happen but, we really wanted the Cajun seafood boil.

Traveled From Evanston To Get Fresh Fish And Shrimp Platter Boy Was I Disappointed! The Fish Was Hard, The Shrimp Were Almost Black! Both Had Been Cooked Then Recooked Instead Of Thrown Away, The Hush Puppies Were Hard And Over Cooked $17.00 Wasted Should Have Went To J&J's ? At Least It Would Have Been Fresh And The Grease Clean. This Is The Third Time I Was Unsatisfied With Seafood Junction ? On Sheridan Road! The Manheim Location Is Always Fresh Real Talk Will Not Patronize That Location Again.

I love that they accept the EBT for sea food. COVID had all of us with those white cards. The food is better than a sit down restaurant.Overall, the customer service is great.
