We always get good customer service and good food. Our best friend that just passed away always wanted us to get this chicken every time he came over. He said he couldn't live over here, because if he did, he would eat chicken everyday from here. He also said it's the best chicken in Chicago.
I arrived at this location at 10:20 p.m. after calling a head of time to check if they we’re still open seeing how their hours of operation say they are open until 11pm but the 69th & Ashland location had just denied me service saying they were closed at 10:10 pm. I drove from 69th to the 59th location on for the cook to tell me he had closed and would not serve me. The food is good but this type of misguided service has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
