Placed an order for pickup for the same day. The fish was delicious but the chicken was horrible. I feel like the grease was not changed and the chicken was overcook tasting very salty!!!

We ordered today for delivery. When I attempted to place my order online the debit card used was rejected twice. I called the store 95th/Jeffery to place the order instead thinking the problem was with their web site. Nope, the card wouldn't take over the phone either. The patient woman who answered suggested I try another card, that worked! I received notifications via text the order would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. It was! Then things went downhill from there.
The driver brought the food but half the order was missing. We received our 12pc Cat nuggets Lunch spcl and 10pc wings with fries. But our Pick 5 for $30 bundle and XL fries with 2 liter pop were nowhere to be found. I tried calling/txting the driver but got nowhere. I called the store back and the same lady answered and offered a refund for the missing food or she'd bring it herself. I still wanted the rest of the food and she consulted the manager. Within minutes I received a call the rest of the order would be delivered in 6 minutes. There was some kind of communication problem between the driver, cook, and order taker. About 10 minutes later another driver brought the $30 bundle but still no XL fries/2 liter pop. I called the store back about that and was told the manager would be informed. The debit card still hasn't been refunded for that portion.
The burgers we ordered were very good! The nuggets and wings were quite tasty too. The Philly steaks were generous but the steak was a little too salty.
We might try them again but will probably pick it up next time. The delivery service (toastab I believe) definitely needs to do better.

The worst fried chicken I have ever taste it’s so greasy and soft please don’t go here go on 95th and stony the best deals and the best chicken I waste 20 bucks and my taste buds
