Food wasn’t fresh. During empty restaurant we did buffet service seemed to be slow or they might be new hires. As all the other restaurants add gratuities party of 6 or more they charged us gratuity of party of 4 and kid.
Will not be coming back for buffet might order again to see the quality of food
The food was amazing with good quality and balanced spices and taste is wow and service from the servers is great. Ambitious place smells good . I visited here with my family on weekend buffet it was mesmerizing . One thing i noticed that they have good taste for traditional foods but people are unaware of it . And there were no much customers on that day. I recommend staff to be visible from the outside so people might know the restaurant is open. i have seen all the servers were running in the kitchen and in the hall itself. no one was there in the front. i suggest atleast one person should be there on the counter so people may know the restaurant is running . I suggest everyone to try there buffet. On weekend specially there Mutton pulao And beef nehari same like Pakistan.

For indian pakistani cuisine it is the only restaurant i have rated 5 simply because of its CONSISTENT authentic taste. If u find a dish according to ur taste here it will most probably be same on your next visits. Second there food is also great in taste specially biryani (it is vastly different at different places) i find it best because of balanced spices. Their chicken korma reminds me of my home city karachi, kaleji fry usually served on weekends is also a must try. Ill recommend to try their buffet so u could get a taste of everything and see which dish fits ur taste

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The front-of-house team at the restaurant really sets the tone for a great dining experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, quickly accommodating us even though we hadn’t made a reservation. servers was attentive, offering thoughtful recommendations without being overbearing. The pacing of the meal was perfect, and they made sure our water glasses were always full, checking in just enough to keep things comfortable. It was clear that the team of four @maaz @omer @imad @rehan is well-trained and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. I felt valued as a guest throughout the entire meal. Will definitely be back!!!!

Serena continues to be our favorite family-owned Pakistani restaurant, known for its clean, high-quality food and exceptional catering services. Their new location is beautifully designed and a great addition to Devon.
However, our most recent Sunday brunch was marred by a disappointing encounter with a new staff member, Iqbal, who was running the front of the house. His attitude towards accommodating families with children was unpleasant and unprofessional, which was very unlike the warm and welcoming atmosphere Serena is known for.
@Ghazala Aunty and @Aslam Uncle, please address this issue—this individual is not representative of the wonderful experience we've come to expect from your restaurant.
