Amber was a great server! She was very accommodating and even introduced me to a new mocktail that I loved (strawberry something). The entire team worked well together and moved like a well trained ballet company. They handled a large party and my table of 2 never noticed any difference. Cheers to the team and management.
This was our first time dining at Seville. Everything was exception from the service to the food. Our last bite of dessert. I highly recommend the sacchetti and the Bolognese. Our waiter couldn't have been any more pleasant or accommodating, he had an unusual name. I cannot think of what it was. We will be back
A hidden gem on the 16th floor opposite the Willis tower with great outdoor seating and views and wonderful decor. The menue boasts lots of everyones favorites and the seating varieties have some constellation for everyone. Was there with a group of friends, but this would also be lovely to take a date to
This was our first time visiting, and everything was delicious. The tables were a little close together, but that's really the only issue we ran into. We'll definitely be back, and are excited to check out the outdoor seating when it's warmer!
The food was reasonably priced and delicious! We had the Risoto Paella and the Chopped Salad. Both were very good but I particularly liked the salad! I also love the top floor location. Our server was very attentive and did a great job explaining the dishes and setting expectation. All in all, a great find!
Great find, great hotel! Loved the salad, brusselsprouts and the delish bread. Great rooftop!
We ordered paella and the duck sausages pasta. The rice in the paella and the paste are undercooked. Disappointed.

We love Seville. This as our second time there. It's the perfect lunch spot and the staff is attentive, friendly, and efficient. Loved the food and everything about it.
Loved this place for lunch. Pinsas and pastas were great and rooftop views on a sunny October day were awesome.
An amazing roof top dining experience. Great service and fantastic food. Beautiful view.

The staff was brilliant and courteous and the food was excellent. For the money it was simply outstanding
Great atmosphere with a welcoming, friendly staff. The manager personally checked in to make sure everything was perfect, which I really appreciated. I started with the mussels and clams—they were absolutely delicious, full of flavor. For my entrée, I had the steak with fries; the fries were light and crispy (not greasy at all), and the steak was seasoned perfectly with a really tasty chimichurri sauce. For dessert, I tried the tres leches cake. It was beautifully presented and had good flavor, though it didn’t quite capture the moist, traditional tres leches texture—it was a bit too dry for that. Still, it was enjoyable overall.

I had an incredible dining experience at Seville. I visited the restaurant on my birthday and overall was great! Foods were unique and exceed my expectation. Beef tartare was beautifully presented and I recommended you to order the Truffle Sacchetti and the fusion dish between Risotto and Paella, it was balanced flavors and cooked to perfection. Service was great, I forgot to ask the name of the server lady but she was so lovely! I love the cozy ambience and the dim lighting of this place. Will definitely comeback to try other dishes.

This place was amazing. Excellent muscles dish and fantastic cocktails what a great view from the windows as well. The outside was closer for renovations, but the views were still great from inside.

Food was just ok. We ordered the crispy rice appetizer, Mediterranean salad with chicken and the king salmon dishes. Nothing exciting, and somewhat lacking flavor. There is construction going on outside in the outdoor eating area and the workers were hammering metal, which was annoying for everyone sitting inside. Couldn't they have at least waited until the lunch rush was over?
