Our team works right across the street at 311 Wacker and we're so happy this opened up! We love Seville for lunch, happy hour, or dinner. It's the perfect addition to the area and the food is amazing - sure to wow any clients

Incredible ambiance, service, and food!! The best we’ve experienced in Chicago. We even brought our 2 year old and they were so accommodating. We came back multiple times during our stay!

Wow. In one word, wow. I have had the best meal of my life ever tonight. I would be okay if that was my final meal. I could eat the same thing for forever and not get bored of it. Everything was so well prepared and the staff was so kind and informative. The atmosphere was super beautiful and just overall contributed to the chill/intimate mood.

The food was excellent. Best octopus I’ve had. Our server was very kind as well!

Review update: I received contact with an "apology" and promised a follow up. Surprised I didn't receive anything even though it's been months? I'm not surprised considering it took them 10 minutes to find soap...

Seville or stupendous? They could be synonymous. This new restaurant is a Mediterranean themed but has stuff for everyone and can be prepared to one's liking. Everything I tried was super delicious. I HIGHLY recommend trying the pulled pork sandwich from their lunch menu than can also be asked special for dinner as well. My brother also really enjoyed their chicken dish with their parm baby potatoes- perfect texture. The service was swift as could be for such an establishment. My server asked about my dietary restrictions/ allergies. Zared especially made sure my food was prepared as asked. I loved the atmosphere and will definitely be returning.

"Great spot for drinks, small plates or full on dinner. Attention to detail is second to none and the chef/owner is very present and attentive. The bartender provided great menu suggestions and we tried several things. All were excellent!! We had the stuffed peppers, pork belly, octopus and brussels sprouts. Just the right amount for two to share and the flavors were over the top! We will make an effort to come back on our next visit to Chicago!"

The service was great, food was delicious ? cocktail was exotic. But we can't enjoy the view in the Rooftop because no was open, really if you have a restaurant in the Rooftop you need keep it open I think that's part of the attraction to go to the restaurant.

Everything about this place was amazing

Guided by the previous reviewers mentioning the excellent food, I made a reservation. I admit the service is excellent and the ambiance is lovely however it is not enough to justify the high prices for the very mediocre cuisine. Jamon and cheese croquettes did not have any taste of Jamon at all, cheese was very generic without a distinctive taste. Grilled octopus was very rubbery and tasteless as well overpowered by the potatoes. This dish should be called potatoes with some pieces of octopus instead. The chopped salad priced at $16 was comparable by the taste to the generic salad served at any family style restaurant free of charge. The best dish on our dinner menu was bone marrow (very difficult to get wrong this dish). If you looking for the central location to have a drink on the rooftop, it's your place. If you are excited to try Spanish cuisine, find another Spanish restaurant that Chicago has in abundance. Disappointing culinary experience.
