First time visiting. Loved it. Great food selection. Pick your broth flavor, then look at the menu and pick your protein. At your seat you will have a buffet if cabbage, sprouts kimchi, tofu and noodles to pick from on a conveyor belt to put in your broth. Certain orders will come to you on the higher conveyor belt delivered on an Optimus Prime train. You have 90 minutes to eat by the time you finish you're definitely full.

A very nice hotpot place. They have a variety of food you can try. They have a very interesting conveyor belt with food options. It's very interesting!!! The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very nice and decorated.

I can’t express how wonderful this experience was! Living in Chicago for over two decades, I usually prefer not to eat out, but this was exceptional. You have an hour and thirty minutes for unlimited dining, starting with a broth of your choice and adding meat and veggies to your pot. A train delivers your food, and there’s a rotating bar for you to pick items. You can’t return empty containers to the rotating bar; you must leave them on the table for the server.
Cooking takes less than ten minutes, and pre-cooked options are available, too. Expect to spend between $80 and $100 for two people, and the food is healthy and customizable. You can add your tip at the end because it is not included. The desserts are fantastic, and there's a spice bar for extra flavor.
The only downside is the time limit and no take-home leftovers; you’ll be charged if you take a lot of food without using or finishing it. It’s OK to have leftovers on the table, but too much will incur an additional cost. Alcohols are a separate fee. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant and make sure to add it to your bucket list!

It was great! We had so much fun here. Don’t be nervous if it’s your first time - they’ll walk you through how to do everything! The food was delicious and the Shinkansen and semi trucks delivering food were so kawaii!

Waited over an hour steep check in and then needed to remind hostess we were on the list in order to eventually be seated. Other than that minor detail, good options were great! Everything was so fresh. Enjoyed the different type of vehicles that delivered food to the tables. Fun atmosphere
