Go to the one in Chinatown. Much better options. The ultimate package here requires you to pay for bottled soft drinks where the Chinatown one has unlimited fountain drinks.

I got here every Sunday for lunch and leave full and beyond happy. Haven't been disappointed yet!

The food was pretty good although our delivery train broke so the time for some orders was pretty slow. The premium pack is a pretty good deal. didn't try any of the drinks but many are offered. The time limit is a bit quick though you only get something like 90 minutes to eat everything but because the service was a little slow and you can only order three things at a time it was a little so-so. But for being a fun experience the food was very good

I’ve gone here a couple times now and I went to their Chinatown location today. Compared to the Chinatown one this location is great. It’s more affordable and the customer service is very attentive and nice! Definitely recommend. :)

it was our first time here and we were very excited for the experience but quickly disappointed. we were explained the process which wasn't complicated and as we placed our selected meet order and drinks we wound up waiting a significant amount of time for raw food to be brought to our table. foolishly why would anyone want to start eating and preparing a meal without a main course? if the concept is to be there for 90 minutes maybe they should consider accommodating your food options a lot quicker rather than delaying the time making you feel rushed to eat! everything did taste great but sadly the experience left us with a bad taste and we will not be returning.

This place sucks. They slow roll the meat so you fill up on cheap shit like ramen and veggies. And i mean seriously slow roll, like 35 minutes for a few small slices of steak. We ordered some more, another 30 minutes, nothing, so we paid and left. Rip off.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at this restaurant with my family, where we experienced an extremely unpleasant incident. My one-year-old daughter briefly cried, prompting the manager, Tao, to approach me and suggest that my husband and I were not taking adequate steps to calm her down, despite our visible efforts to soothe her. This encounter left me feeling profoundly uncomfortable and embarrassed, particularly given the occasion – my husband's birthday celebration. The manager's approach was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable, implying that we were the problem. As a likely family man himself, one would expect Tao to demonstrate greater empathy and understanding towards parents in similar situations. The lack of effective management and customer-centric approach exhibited by Tao was staggering. Consequently, I will ensure that anyone considering this establishment is duly warned.

This restaurant without a doubt was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had. As a young father trying to a enjoy a nice meal with my children and wife for my birthday it was all ruined when the manager Tao came up to my wife and told her “aren’t you gunna control her” speaking about my daughter which was upset and crying mind you she is a 15 month old baby that was crying for 2 minutes cause she was hungry. And we was already trying to calm her down. If you are a parent you will understand the embarrassment this will make someone feel already and then having the manager approach you and say “aren’t you gunna handle her”. Worst experience ever parents beware.

It’s ok they charge you double if you don’t finish the food from the conveyor belt broths we’re ok but I would not go back and I probably won’t recommend it cost too much at the end of the bill
