I went here last Friday to try buffet.
It was very good, not many people or rush rush, all dishes served hot, there were people filling up trays, I loved their marg and paya ?
Food was tasty, hot and fresh.
They served marg, paya, dalcha, phalli, bagara khana, chicken fry, fish fry , naan Briyani, salad and gulab jamun. I would like to come here every Friday for buffet.
Also if they could add haleem it would have been a 5 - star for me.

Ambience was good and there is no air conditioning and the wait time to get food is too long and the food was terrible, no taste at all, biriyani was blant and paya has no flavor just like drinking hot water and when I talked to the person about this the reply was “this is it and I can’t do anything about it”. Worst experience ever in Chicago and hate to say it but spoiled the name of Hyderabad’s shahdaab.

Our graduation celebration dinner at the restaurant began on a positive note with the staff accommodating our large group by arranging a suitable table setup. This thoughtful gesture was much appreciated. However, the dining experience that followed did not live up to the initial impression. The mixed platter, while diverse, fell short in flavor, with several pieces unfortunately charred beyond enjoyment. The regular naan bread was notably dry, contrasting with the butter naan, which was quite satisfactory.
We ventured to sample all three varieties of Biryani on offer. The Mutton Biryani was disappointingly bland, with undercooked pieces and unblended spices. The Chicken Biryani presented an imbalance, with an excess of meat but a scarcity of rice. Upon providing courteous feedback and presenting the issues found in the Mutton Biryani, the response was disheartening; the dish was discarded without any acknowledgment of the feedback.
It is with reluctance that I share this less-than-favorable review, as it is not my usual practice. Nonetheless, I believe that for the restaurant to thrive in the American market, a stronger commitment to customer service is imperative. It is through constructive criticism that we can hope for improvement and a better dining experience for all patrons.

Worst food in Chicago. Nothing like Hyderabadi food. They decorated the place but left the taste behind. I ordered nahari paya I felt it had no salt nor spicy. They I ordered biryani, guess what the meat was cooked outside the rice and mixed together and served it. Like fried rice! ? horrible experience !!! Biryani had no salt too. Seems like they’re trying to be more neutral in flavors for American people but I wonder why I advertise as authentic Hyderabad cuisine

Horrible service and food was not god
Let's set aside the discussion of taste for a moment and focus on the service aspect. Our recent experience at your restaurant, hosting a small party of 15 people, was quite disappointing. Despite seemingly ample staffing, the service was slow and inadequate. After a lengthy wait of 40 minutes, the food was served cold. This review is not based on a single visit but on two separate occasions, highlighting consistent issues. As newcomers to the market with relatively few reviews, there's room for improvement, especially considering your current 4-star rating. I hope this feedback sheds some light on areas that require attention.

Restaurantji Recommends
This place has good cuisine, but their management is terrible. The management seems chaotic and impatient and plus the employees are rude. We needed to wait for our order for exactly one hour, and then a further thirty minutes for the biryani. I advise you to avoid coming here and to save your self some time.

Mutton Biryani and Haleem are theee best foods i had here. No Air conditioner or ambience at all. I suggest a ToGo.
The spices were good and the atmosphere was appropriate. However, the portions of the meat were slim.
