The French Onion Soup Burger is a gourmet masterpiece that needs to stay on the menu and I wouldn't mind seeing the banana pudding milkshake stick around also. This place is superior to in and out Burger! Yeah I said it California and I meant it!! Deal!!

THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS JUST BEWARE WHEN YOU ASK FOR FRESH FRIES THEY'LL SIMPLY REFRY THE DONE ONES NOT EVERYONE BACK THERE HAD HAIR NETS ON ESPECIALLY THE FRYER NO DISCOUNTS FOR FIRST RESPONDERS NOR FOR MILITARY VETERANS EVEN THOUGH THE FOOD WAS GOOD BASED OFF THE SERVICE AN RE COOKING THE FRIES I WON'T BE BACK OVER 20 DOLLARS FOR A BURGER MEAL AND BASED ON OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND PICS IT SEEMS LIKE THAT'S WHAT THEY DO RE COOK THE FRIES THEY AREN'T PROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY THE ONES IN THE BACK THE PERSON CALLING OUT THE NUMBERS OR NAMES BARELY SPEAKS ANY ENGLISH AN THE ENGLISH HE DOES SPEAK IS WITH A VERY HEAVY ACCENT AN YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND HIM ANYWAY THE WORKERS SEEMED TO BE HANGING OUT MORE THAN ANYTHING THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT TAKE THEIR JOB SERIOUSLY LOOKED DIRTY IN THE BACK

This place is perfect for a fast, satisfying meal. The staff is always friendly and quick, so you never have to wait long. It’s a reliable spot to grab a quick bite when you're in a hurry.

For fast food joints, if you come to Chicago you should try out Shake Shack. I had the Smokestack Burger twice in one night, and it was a really delicious burger. It is strange how the most delicious foods tend to be the most unhealthy.

Anyway, it's a good place to sit down and eat- and, it is more fun to sit down with friends and experience the American fast food. Depending on the day, you will wait a bit for the food to come to your table. They have you order through a tablet while picking up a number for your order so watch out for that.

If you're done eating and you want to do some sightseeing- you can go to Millinium Park (I probably spelt that wrong) to see The Bean and experience a concert that weekday at night.

The place is really nice. Fries could have been better but still good. Fried mushroom was very good and the double shackburger (+ bacon) was succulent

No one cares here.
I ordered 3 milkshakes and they never called the order and after 20 minutes of waiting, I went and asked for my order. They say they called my number and someone else might have took my order. I was sitting right next to the pickup area the whole time. No one called the order.

Heard that their burgers 🍔🍔🍔 were amazing, so we stopped by to try. We're not disappointed! Very good indeed. Little on the pricey side. Shakes were good also. Fries ok. Rather small dining area. Service slower than we were expecting, about 20 min wait. They were not that busy, so not sure why.
