Five Guys meets Steak'n'Shake, but somehow even lower effort. The food was excruciatingly mediocre, like it was just picked up from a concession stand. It might be tolerable if a basic family of four didn't come to $85 out the door. Staff was attentive, restaurant clean if slightly Spartan, food was prepared quickly (order was close to correct).

The food looked good, but they somehow cancelled my order and were annoyed when I asked for a refund after waiting for 30 minutes with no sign of my food. Very unlike my usual Shake Shack experience!

Burgers are great here. Absolutely horrendous service. Literally more than a dozen people waiting to order at the kiosk and no one taking orders at the counter. I don't know what their policy of counter service is, but imo it's sheit.

Great, fast service...burger was good and hit the spot.
Small sandwiches and bland food all together. I had the veggie shack, wife had the regular shack and daughter had the mushroom shack. All of us said it was trash. Fries were just OK though. Service without a smile.
