bad value for money, black truffel burger overadvertised, nothing to do promise from poster...! food medium quality, mail used for unwanted and unauthorised advertisement (spam). never again

Sad to see shake shack go the way of the dry, bland corporate meat patty and still keep prices ridiculously high. Last time- should have stayed in Madison Square Park. Sad typical American success story. (not for the customers)

Really upset at how one of the staff members treated me, literally insulted me publicly in front of staff and other customers because I requested help at the cash instead of the self order machine. My order was not going through properly, instead of helping, he decided to take out his frustration on me, super unprofessional. I will not judge every shake shack from 1 awful employee but I was honestly shocked and cancelled my order after the insult. I told the staff member I did not appreciate being insulted as a customer and he shook his head and said "see you later" This was on august 31st around 10pm.

From beginning to end my experience was exceptional! I enjoyed the burger and the strawberry tea!! I want to high five an employee of Shake Sack. This compassionate young lady TJ came to my rescue. I was having a medical emergency. I had a very bad nose bleed, she entered the restroom and jumped into rescue mode. She was caring and quite helpful. She nursed me back to stability, alerted security as a heads up, and made sure I had everything I needed. Juan,( the head of security for the Willis tower)and Eddie offered to secure an ambulance if I decided to seek medical attention. We were able to finish our meal in a welcoming and attentive atmosphere. Again, thank you TJ, your calm and caring demeanor not only made me feel safe but also appreciative that customer service has exceeded my expectations. Thank you Juan and Eddie!

Directly in/at the Willis Tower. Can confidently recommend. A little pricey perhaps, but everything is made pretty fresh and it's hot and quite tasty. But fast food is still fast food.

Employee Keke was very nice and accommodating when I walked up to the cashier. She deserves something for her continued kindness. She is genuine every time I come to shake shack.
