Haven’t had Shake Shack since someone gave me an underwhelming Chicken Shack. I was over at Union Station and I thought about another chicken chain until I read the reviews for that particular location. Then I saw Shake Shack over at Willis Tower was open. We stopped in on a Saturday evening after visiting the Willis Tower Skydeck to grab a quick bite. I ordered the SmokeShack burger and my boyfriend got the Big Shack burger, plus we shared the Parmesan Garlic Fries.

Food was fresh and the service was prompt. Not much opportunity for interaction with the hard working staff… kiosks for ordering.
