One of our new favorite thing that shake shack offers and we had no idea .... wine!!!! They offer wine and omg to sit back and enjoy a nice juicy burger with some red wine and girl talk! Perfect. And it's near many other activities and close walk to Wrigley.

abysmal on ubereats. Every time i order from this location they forget to add in sauces. This time I had an order with 2 set of cheese fries and received no cheese. I called a few times and someone finally picked up. The manager confirmed that they do have cheese for the cheese fries in stock. I informed them I’d be placing the order again and hung up. When my reorder arrived, surprise surprise, there was yet again no cheese. Extremely frustrating since its the entire reason i placed the order. Luckily ubereats was able to offer me a full refund, but i will never order from this location again.

Pretty pricey and I got 3/4 of a burger. And I received a peppermint shake instead of the chocolate one I ordered. Things happen but that burger should have never reached a customer.

The food was amazing!!! SmokeShack with caffeinated strawberry lemonade and a chocolate frozen custard! All delicious and satisfying! Shane, the manager, took my order and brought it out, very quickly. The food and Shane, with his attitude and helpfulness, were the very best of Chicago for my son and I. I cannot recommend the Wrigleyville location enough!!!

Very very tasty!!! It was forbidden to park in front of the store when we arrived there.Also, there should have been provided wifi (it's important for us, especially for guests who are from out of the country). But other than that, all good :)
