Terrible experience — got food poisoning after eating here
I rarely write reviews, but my visit to Shaan was absolutely awful and made me sick. The food I received was bland and lacked freshness — the noodles tasted stale, and the broth had this weird, off flavor, like it had been sitting out for too long. Portions were small, and the quality did not match the price I paid.
Within hours of eating there, I started feeling nauseous and then developed stomach cramps and diarrhea. I strongly believe something in the meal was contaminated or poorly prepared. I couldn’t sleep that night, and I ended up having to cancel plans the next day because I was still feeling ill.
On top of that, the place itself seemed poorly maintained. It felt unclean in parts, and the staff didn’t seem to care when I mentioned I wasn’t feeling well. No apology, no offer to help, just indifference.
Overall, I would never go back. If you value your health, skip this place and find somewhere else to eat. It’s just not worth the risk.

My husband usually comes to eat their Halwa puri and he likes it. I ordered the chicken sheekh kebab on a Sunday afternoon. It was a complete waste of money. The meat tasted old, left a very bad taste in my mouth. I ate one bite and left everything on the plate.
My husband who never wasted food could not stomach more than 2 bites.
The person at the counter charged us full . Didnot offer even a discount . Just shrugged his shoulders unbothered. Terrible experience.

Service deserves 10 star. The waiter here is the nicest person ever. Really quick and precise service. Food is hands down one of the best. Halwa puri is, again, one of the best in town in my opinion. The place has TONS of options and everything I've tried so far has been a hit. It's a bit far from the typical Desi restaurants but it's worth it. Parking is kind of tight though. They also have a Desi grocery store attached which is convenient if you need to grab something.

Shan Restaurant brings the true Desi dhaba vibe to life! Their naan and nehari are fresh and full of flavor — simple yet unforgettable.
The real stars? Their maghaz and shammi kebabs served with warm, flaky parathas — absolutely unbeatable. A must-try spot for anyone craving bold, homestyle flavors.
