My experience was horrible. My boyfriend came from Birmingham Alabama and I brought him here to show him a good time, we arrived at 7:30 we had our drinks, we waitied over 2 hours for our dinner, we seen guest that came in after us and there food was brought out. I spoke with the manager and she apologized and of course we were humiliated and embarrassed as well. Yes we are black and we were the only blacks there. I can't believe we were treated this way
Lovely meal in a beautiful setting. The service was excellent and dinner some of the most delicious food we've had. Our daughter declared it the best restaurant she has ever been to. Thank you for a great experience
We love Shanghai Terrace! The outside seating is perfect for a nice summer night. We love the food. However this trip the food came out warm but not hot. Definitely could be warmer. Service is very attentive however at times it would have been nice to enjoy our conversations without being interrupted as much. Lastly, the bar closes at 10:00 whether you are done with your meal or not. Still would go back. Hopefully next time is a bit better!
