An acquaintance shared one of their's Shark's catfish filet with me and it was delicious. They bought it at 51rst & Cottage so I went there immediately. I ordered catfish tails with hot sauce and tartar sauce. I love TARTAR sauce on my fish. The fish was ready on time and tasted ok. It need more seasoning/salt. I asked the man who was ringing up my order if I had the tartar and hot sauce. He said they put in on the fish. If I need more, get it at the end of the counter. They had hot sauce and ketchup but no tartar sauce in the tray. I left taking his word that Tatar sauce was on the fish. It was not! I would have given 5 stars across the board had my order been what I asked for or at least be honest. I understand if they ran out of tartar sauce or forgot to add it.....just be honest about it.

I will never recommend this sharks to anyone.They have the worst catfish nuggets.I've ever tasted in my life and I almost broke my tooth on one because it was so hard. Can't believe how hard the nuggets were. And the fries weren't even cooked all the way. What a total waste of my $. Smdh...🤦🏿‍♀️😡

I always get delivery from here and the food is always correct, tasty and fresh!

This Sharks is fye. I love they pan chicken wings, tilapia, and honey bbq wings. 4 stars in service why because they forgot to put my chocolate cake in the bag. When I went back on another day to retrieve it, they didn't honor it. Come on now, it's just cake. Giving me my slice that I paid for wouldn't have hurt, especially since I order there often.

I would give them zero stars if I could! The guy behind the counter on 10/19/2024 at around 9:30 pm on 51st & cottage grove was a complete jerk shouting at customers and telling me he wasn’t going to prepare the chicken the way I wanted Yelling “WE DONT DO THAT!” to everything I asked him! I left and went next door to Jimmy’s and they were as polite and accommodating as could be and cooked my chicken the way I asked them to! What great customer service they have! Can’t say the same for the sharks over there
